    Very interesting development. If compulsory vaccination to work in the front line was going to happen anywhere first, it was going to be the care home sector. Raises difficult, complicated issues - though certainly not clear it would be illegal

    SCC Masterclass with Ruth Boardman. Take an hour to watch. Ruth draws a startling conclusion from Clause 7. If transfer to importer subject to GDPR is not an international "transfer", then Facebook in Schrems II itself didn't need any transfer mechanism.

    I did my PhD on the regulation of behavioural advertising from 2011-2014. I’ve often been frustrated that so little changed: large scale tracking continues, little enforcement… Will things change? Now: several large lawsuits going on. And serious talk about banning ad targeting

    We are going to court. Our lawsuit takes aim at Google, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Verizon, AT&T and the entire online advertising/tracking industry by challenging industry rules set by IAB TechLab. ⁦⁩
