    DHSC says it agreed a Memorandum of Understanding with police chiefs to govern the sharing of Test and Trace data with police. When I wrote about this in November was already asking to see it. I don't understand why it hasn't been published yet.

    Jeez. It's not like they haven't had *months* to publish the damn thing! I FOIed the on 17 October 2020: but refused to release it in December on the basis that the MoU was "intended for future publication":

    . quoted our briefing, asking the government when the memorandum of understanding between the & the Dept of Health was due to be published. This MoU contains the details of the data-sharing agreement... but no-one has seen it.

    Erm. Yes. Given Sue Gray - called by some "the woman who runs the country" and by others "Deputy God" - held the post from the late 90s until Helen MacNamara took it on in 2018, the turnover in Ethics and Propriety under this Government seems incredibly high...
