Rick and his crew were always on time and efficient. They removed old cracked tiles around our fireplace and replaced them with marble. Their tile work was excellent and every tile was carefully cut & placed. This is the 3rd time I've called on RIck to help in our home, and I will continue to call him for future projects.

Alex was great. He explained the process over the phone and set an appointment. He was able to come early and phoned to see if that was ok. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and scheduled a follow up appointment for installation. He showed up for the install on time and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Very professional. I would use him again and would recommend him to family and friends.

First, the phone was answered within 3 rings. Freddy said he had 2 other calls and would be over between 1 and 3. He appeared at 11:30!!! It took him about 10 minutes to put the vanes back into my dryer and offered me a price on replacing the fan in my oven hood. I have his card and will call him again.

I was charged for the job before the job was completed. It turned out I didn't need the part initially thought was the problem so now I have to wait for my refund on the part. This should of been handled by the contractor directly so the customer doesn't have to wait. This is why I usually pay the contractor when the work is completed, not beforehand

It took Michael about 30 seconds to assess the installation problem that others couldn't resolve. 30 minutes later it WAS resolved. He came fully prepared and navigated a pretty uncomfortable installation. He guaranteed the work and materials used at a very reasonable price. I recommend Brooks for any appliance installation. I let Michael know that Brooks is not at the top of my list...Brooks IS the list.

The water heater started to leak much worse on Sunday. He called on Sunday and was able to come early Monday morning. He took me to Menards to pick out the water heater and brought it home in his truck. He installed it quickly and removed theold one.
