    This is a very significant study from FairWork at Oxford: only 2 of the major gig platforms in the UK - that includes UberEats & AmazonFlex - could demonstrate that they pay above minimum wage.

    According to a report by , most well-known firms failed to comply with the ‘Fairwork’ gig work principles, including Fair Pay and Fair conditions. Only two achieved more than a five out of ten score - Just Eat and Pedal Me. Read more⬇️

    Nine of the big gig economy platforms operating in the UK allow their workers to earn below the minimum wage. The fact that companies are not stepping up to providing fair working conditions for their workforces points to the urgent need for regulation in the sector.
