We had Gutter Helmet installed 1.5 years ago and unfortunately a tree hit our home this winter. I called Gutter Helmet and they come out within two days to assess the damage and provide a quote for insurance. The work was completed with in two weeks. We were given a 6 hour window for the workers to arrive. Unfortunately they changed out window to a later time frame during the day and we were not notified. This put a strain on our daily schedule but we were flexible so we could get our home put back together. Overall work was great, customer service was not as stellar.

We had Dan fix our garage door panel that was broken out repair a seal around the window a large picture window and rip up some low-voltage driveway lighting. He accidentally tapped in to the sprinkler system and broke a pipe and immediately ran to Home Depot and replaced it. Great company Dan does great work

We had 2 skylights replaced, as well as 2 flappers for our vents. Marco was responsive and quick in his service. He took pictures of everything as it was and went through a detailed explanation of what we would replace and what needed to be done. He was able to have the work completed the next day, and the work was immaculate. Would highly recommend.

The project was expanded to replace the rotted 3/8 plywood with new 1/2 plywood. Most if the wood beams were replaced. The tile supplier was slow (located in California), but the project was completed only a few weeks longer than originally planned. All the exposed wood was painted. I’m pleased with the results. Tile roofs are expensive.

The sales process was very informative, and we got the right product for our needs. The installer, Augustin, was professional and very committed to doing a superior installation. The coordination could have been improved because they did not show up on the scheduled day because the product was not available. A call would have been helpful to reschedule. Overall it was a great experience.

I requested work (gutter repair) Friday night, and received a text message over the weekend offering a free quote Monday at 5PM. I replied with a description of the work needed and a picture of the gutter damage. They were able to quote me based off of the picture and squeezed the job in over the lunch hour Monday afternoon. 10/10.
