You only pay expenses for your portion of ownership. We create a property LLC for each home and handle all sales details. Our current markets include the Hamptons, Hudson Valley, and the New Jersey Shore. Financing is available for qualified buyers.

If you choose not to use all your allocated days, Minus can manage the home for lease as short term rentals as long as it is legally permitted in the jurisdiction. You can earn credits towards reducing your expenses.
