    Post SARS a group did deep forensic work on how to respond to pandemics. That work would have made a profound difference in the path and policy response to Covid 19. It was either unread or ignored.

    Advice from medical officials on Covid is not at all unclear. This from Toronto’s chief MO - “assume COVID-19 is everywhere and that without proper protections, you are at risk of infection”. Why aren’t policy makers listening? Because have multiple interests. But we can listen.
