ame out and gave us the quote. He arrived on the day and time he said he would. He was in a rush as he was going on vacation. He rolled paint over the areas then sprayed some texture stuff over after the paint dried. He forgot many areas (wall by side of refrigerator, laundry rm. bet. family room and sliding door, etc.). The areas where he sprayed does not match the rest of the wall. He did not put the can of texture on the correct setting, apparently. He missed long expanses and there are highly visible ridges of where there was some of the plaster removed when the caulked chair rail and frames were removed. He had to go to the store and buy more product and then brought his young son back with him. Nothing was protected from the spray. It got on the screen of our sliding doors, got on the grout of our newly installed ceramic flooring in the foyer, dining and living room. We are so disgusted with this man. Sadly we paid him in full.

Very well for the mot part. Tech Mike was very prompt and did a great job. Unfortunately, he encountered a power line and had to come back after line was moved out of way. This made the job go longer than expected and being charged by the hour made it a bit more expensive that expected. I will use them again if needed.

Posters was fairly priced, explained every step taken or needed both before and during the installation. They kept me involved, so work was done "right the first time". Explained why the price for the papers was higher then originally quoted a year and half ago, they originally were gonna just charge for my actual footage. But the factory makes them buy by the pallet now, so we had to order in full pallets. But all the bricks were mine to keep thats was left over, which admittedly they should have been, which I didn't think about until they told me that I paid for the whole pallet so I got to keep the whole pallet. Anyway, they are hard workers and am planning on hiring them to do install more veneer work and so landscape walling to finish off my project list.

On 6/15/2021, we had Handy Mania come to our home to install drywall with electric in the wall in order to create a room for our son. The team that installed the wall was not able to do the electric, but put up the wall anyway without informing me. They also did not install the door to the room correctly and does not close properly, which will no cost me an additional $125 to have fixed. The electric should have only cost $100 but I had to pay $350 for the electric due to the wall being up. His resolution was that he cut holes for the electrician but the guy that came to patch the holes did a horrible job. My paid invoice included texturing which I did not receive. I have asked for itemized bills but was told that was hard because he invoiced on a project basis. I have tried to reach out but last time via phone, he hung up on us and has now not responded to us for over 2 weeks. I paid the full amount and would expect a wall that I was happy with

Matt is AWESOME!! Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a problem-solver. Could not ask for a better guy for the job. He was flexible and understanding of our schedule. He gave great advice about how to deal with our stair nose problem and reducing the noises from upstairs. When we had a late request to help address an old creaking issue after some new planks were laid, he was not only willing to listen, he also came up with an ingenious solution that solved the problem. His work with the pony wall removal and patching of the baseboard and wall was impressive - you can hardly tell that something had been done there. The rates and pricing are also very reasonable. We will definitely be asking him to help with more jobs around the house and recommend him without reservation.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Morne and his guys are excellent. We will be hiring them to do more work on the front when we have the budget for it. Removed 1 tree and a dozen unsightly bushes close to house walls. Repaired and replaced sprinkler system with sprinklers and drip irrigation for 3 trees. Removed approximately 6 inches of dirt and what was left of previous sod that was killed by chemicals theoretically supposed to promote grass growth and kill weeds(killed half weeds and all lawn... fired that company). Extended Lanai by approximately 150 sq feet. Planted 30 gallon Valencia Orange tree, 30 gallon Meyer Lemon tree, and 10 gallon Sweet Kumquat tree. Constructed 12 foot diameter circular area with 1 foot tall, 3 foot diameter fire pit in center. Laid circular area with gravel and liner to keep gravel mostly in fire pit area. Laid new sod. 2 week project due to cold snap that caused a wait for sod to come back to life. Would normally have been 1.5 weeks.

Transactions were businesslike without losing that feel of a family owned business. During the job they got walk-up business from other folks in the neighborhood - their work is their recommendation.
