From start to finish, meeting Jake with Alspaugh roofing company was an excellent choice. I needed to replace an entire roof on a house for a relative in Yadkin County. When I talked to Jake the 1st question I asked him was, " Do you handnail or use a nail gun on the shingles?" His answer was "We handnail". I knew immediately that this is the only answer that is acceptable. I met him at the house a short time later and he was prompt and courteous. He immediately went on the roof to make his Observations about what was necessary. He was straightforward. Highly competent and impeccable.. He told me he would write me up an estimate and give me a call and that is exactly what he did later the same day. His prices were reasonable. His job exceptional. I knew from talking to him about roofs that he was going to do a good job because I had had an experience with excellent roofers in Asheville and his answers were the same. Due to inclement weather the job was put off a couple of days later but when they started they worked Solidly and professionally. Anytime I need anything done with any roof I will call this person and his company. They did an excellent job and there was no issue whatsoever with any work that they did or the honesty that Jake possessed I recommend him highly!!!!!!! Even though giving him a wonderful recommendation will only make him so busy that when I need him again for anything else he might be too busy !! Lol. Excellent roofer a great guy. Terry showed up on time and was very informative, helpful and personable. he missed our first scheduled appointments because life came up. But he more then made it up by offering to repair our problem for free. I asked him lots of questions and he was more informative than the other roofers, he also quoted us a fair estimate, cheaper than another roofer. I payed 2,000.00 up front he said it would be 2 to 3 weeks this was in nov. 2 2020 , no call or show , i call them 6 weeks later i ask for a update ,they said they were still waiting on the siding , waited 2 more weeks still nothing so I call back again and ask for a update but time i told them i was going to the BBB and all of a sudden they calling me and telling me they are still waiting on the siding at this point I told them I wanted my money back ,so now they said it will be here next week guess what its next week and still no siding , so i want my money back of we can go to court because i don't trust them to do a good job or they will over charge me now so angie's list what are you going to do about this , it is unacceptable to take your money and then they forget about you , its going on 3 months now i can do it myself faster than they can do it or i can wait until Jesus comes back either way it would be faster than they can do it , so my advice is not to hire them they talk a good game but they cannot deliver

Amazing!! From start to finish. It was a wonderful experience. Jesse, the sales rep helped on the front end, touched base during the install and then followed up after the job was done. The guys showed up and covered all the shrubs, pulled everything away from the house and got to work. They were actually done in one day! They did a fantastic job and didn’t even leave a trace that they had been here. The only thing that remained were smiles on our faces and a brand new roof! I have recommended them to my mother and my sister as well as to friends. I can’t say enough about these folks. I’m very satisfied!
