They helped our dated bathroom get a small facelift with a new granite countertop, facets, square sinks and new toliet. We had 3 vendors quote the job and they were the best price, extremely flexible and easy to work with.

Our neighbors recommended Arete to us, and our overall experience with them was outstanding. Arete was punctual when they arrived for both the estimate and for the work performed. They finished the work about a half day ahead of schedule. I had been warned that drywall leaves a mess, but they did an excellent job of cleaning up. The quality of the work was outstanding. The word and quot;areteand quot; means and quot;excellence,and quot; and they certainly lived up to this meaning in our experience. We're planning to have them do more work in our home.

We were very pleased with Arete Renovators work. I was able to accompany their representative to select finishing materials; they also offer design options if you do not have an eye for decorating. Arete Renovators complete the remodeling within the schedule time period (3 weeks). They were responsive to all e-mails and telephone calls and all workers were professional and polite. They left the unit clean and free from debris when the job was completed. Our experience with Arete Renovators, Inc. was a pleasant one and we are happy with the finished product. We would used them again.

They were very good. They came when promised and were always on time. They told me when they would start and when they would finish and they did. The work was all done well and they were very courteous.

I would not recommend them. Initially, the remodeling was good. When there were issues, however, they would not fix those issues. I had a very hard time getting a hold of them, and eventually, they stopped answering and returning my calls.

There were a number of problems with this project: 1. Our supplier screwed us over and delayed the entire project by three weeks. (Tip: if you ever order via a supplier - double the time he estimates for the arrival of your pieces. Especially if the stuff comes in from Europe/other countries.) Despite this considerable delay, Davor and his team kept a very professional attitude from start to finish. 2. Joe (head contractor/technician) is the most detail oriented person I have seen. He takes his time with the equipment - opens the pieces one by one, reads the instructions, takes the time to understand them. Very thorough. In fact, one time I tried to open some of pieces that came in as part of a vanity mirror set and was playing around with them, trying to mix and match and Joe (very sternly) told me to leave everything where it was as he had to take accountability later on if anything was missing i.e. he wanted to make sure every single piece was in place! You just don't get this kind of quality and attention to detail these days. 3. The people they chose were really nice, very professional, courteous, and always kept to themselves. No fighting, no drinking and always asking for permission if they had to go to some place in the house other than their usual path. Also very trustworthy. Sometimes, I'd leave forget my purse or even money lying around and run outside in a hurry, but when I came back, everything would be just where it was. In fact, sometimes I would occasionally glance at them when they'd be walking around and their eyes wouldn't even go around i.e. they were simply not interested in our stuff. There were there to do their job and that was that. 4. Quality - Thorough. 2 years on people still come to our place and gasp when they see our bathrooms. And not a single thing has broken down. 5. Cost - there was a slight over-run at the end but the extra charges were more than reasonable, considering that the project was delayed by nearly a month. 6. Overall - 5 stars. Honesty, integrity, solid technical knowledge, attention to detail, friendly, courteous. Davor was the only one (of all the contractors we interviewed) who gave us a clean spreadsheet with proper cost-breakdown even listing fees for taking out the old potty (for example) and putting in the new one. And I didn't have to "show" him where to find parking in the city (as some other contractors we interviewed suggested I should). Very easy going and easy to talk to. And Joe (head contractor) is very very solid technically. Never missed a single day of work. Overall, great combination, great team.

I It went great! The craftsmanship and professionalism that these guys have is amazing. I could not be happier with the work they performed. They got the job done fast, kept me informed of the progress, and always arrived when they say they were going to. They were also able to come in and give me a free estimate right there on the spot. I did get other estimates and they were by far the cheapest. The bottom line is that they did excellent work and a good price!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Areté Renovators team did an exceptional job! They are very knowledgeable and were able to not only do the work but also provide great advice. They work very fast and efficient. Most importantly, they have a wide range of services and I had to deal with only one person who coordinated everything for us. It made our renovations easy and painless. They were very neat and organized which was important since we lived in the place during the renovations. We would definitely recommend Arete to anyone.

Working with Arete Renovators was a great experience from start to finish. Almost too good to be true - but it's true! Bathroom and kitchen looks fantastic! To be honest, I was expecting the typical nightmare remodel, and instead, it was a great experience. I had several companies bid the job; Arete Renovators came in right in the middle. I ultimately choose this company for 3 reasons: 1) they turned the bid around quickly, 2) their customer service was second to none 3) and they were confident they would be able to complete the job within 3 weeks (which they did) and on budget (which they did). They also did a great job assisting with design ideas. The two-man crew was awesome, professional and very courteous. They covered my bed and bedroom furniture every day so I could still sleep in my bedroom at night. They cleaned up the work area daily - removing all the debris and garbage, and showed up every morning at 8:00 a.m., promptly. Davor Jokanovic, the owner, was great from the very beginning, in terms of being on time to visits and providing a detailed contract with explanation of work to be done, regularly. He came to check on the workers and regularly checked up with me to make sure that I was happy with the progress. One of the best positives for me was that someone always answered the phone to answer my questions! I don't think I ever got voice mail! Their workers did a great job executing everything and were not only efficient, but did excellent quality work. They also were open to changes in the game plan as issues arose throughout the process. I had someone gut the bathroom originally, then failed to complete it. Davor and Arete Renovators were awesome! They knew I needed to get it done and they got it done quickly. Awesome and professional! Would DEFINITELY recommend, and use again!

They always answered our questions and they were very flexible when it came to any changes that I have requested. They did not go over the budget and they offered to pick all materials that I have purchased. Overall, they were great.
