Setser Septic ServiceI called on Thursday afternoon after a plumber friend diagnosed some issues we were having as being related to the septic tank needing attention. Someone actually answered when I called, and effectively communicated with me throughout the afternoon until they were able to pin down that they could be here the following morning. Knox Septic Sewer ServiceJim knows his "stuff" and was very easy to work with from start to finish! We had another company out prior to Knox and they did about $1,200 worth of work to try and fix the high levels in our septic tank only for it to fail less than two weeks later. We then called Knox and wished that we would have done that from the beginning. Jim diagnosed our septic tank failure in less than 15 minutes by probing all around our yard. He was very up front and honest with us about timelines/costs and he and his team replaced our entire system in less than a week with no surprises along the way! Jim was always available for any questions that popped up before the big dig and his communication throughout was outstanding. We just had our final walkthrough yesterday and my husband and I both have a good understanding of how our new system works, what needs to be done to maintain it, and we also know that if any issues or concerns arise, Knox will be right there to help us through them! Highly recommend this company! Added Bonus: My 5 year old son LOVES construction vehicles and Jim and his crew were so kind and friendly towards him during every encounter. G & S SEPTIC PUMPINGG&S has been doing my every 3 year DNR required septic check and often I am not at my cabin. The last 2 check-ups they said I did not need a septic pump out. He explained everything and offered to have someone come out tomorrow and run a free diagnosis service with a camera to see if there would be a problem with anymore blockage. Very nice company.

Like clockwork they got it working and got us back on track. Really professional and reliable service. I had an issue on Sunday and reached out on Angie's List late at night. They contacted me the next day and quickly scheduled a pro to come out and take a look. It only took them a few minutes to assess the issue and provide a fix. They were able to clear the clog and get the kitchen sink flowing again. The pro also provided some helpful tips to keep it working for a long time so that we don't have any more issues.

Excellent. I just installed an RO water filtration system for drinking water. I needed the RO faucet installed in my kitchen sink, replacing a faucet for an older filtration system. I tried to do it myself, but I just couldn't physically do the necessary contortions. I requested quotes from 3 plumbers. Roby was the first one to show up, gave me a reasonable quote & immediately did the job in a very workmanlike manner. The guy was personable, polite, and did an excellent job. I liked them so much, I've just asked for another quote from them on another job.
