Sergeant Smith's Lockout & Roadside Svc IncEfficient and helpful, 5 star service all the way. I had asked for a bid and he followed up a few days later to see if I had found a locksmith. That follow up earned my business, he asked for pictures of the locks so he was prepared. Day of service he got right to work, then hurricane force winds hit. He improvised and used my kitchen counter to rekey 8 locks while the storm blew through . He was quick and very clean never would have know it was a work space, we had pleasant conversation while he worked. He also was able to open my mailbox and replace that lock without drilling . He even helped program my garage door remote . He is everything you want in a small business. His number is saved in my contacts cause he is who I will call for a locksmith or his roadside service . To have him be very gracious, humble, and kind. He was at my home within the hour. On a scale from 1 to 10 where 10 is best, he rates it as a 97.
