Richard helped us pick out some fabric that would match our room. Then he picked up the furniture and re-covered it very nicely. Returned the furniture to us as soon as it was finished.

My daybed had a broken frame which they fixed quickly and did a good job. I would use again. They aren't cheap but then quality costs.

It went very smoothly and just as Tommy stated (Tommy is a very nice, mild mannered gentleman). I dopped the chair early in the morning. I chose the leather from a swatch and he gave me the estimated completion time of about 10 days due to the holiday which was fine with me. He called me right on time, stating the chair was ready. I went to pick it up and they did a wonderful job! It looks better than new (and, oh by the way, it's a quality chair but the manufacturer cut corners and covered it with cheap "pleather" - not the real deal!) with real leather on it. They beefed up the cushion and it's very comfortable as well as snappy looking again! We will have all of our upholstery needs handled by Milburn Upholstery!

It went very well. Elliott arrived as scheduled and took no time getting prepared and starting work. He does excellent work and made our cushions look brand new. I would definitely hire again.

Reinforced cut/cracked area with fiberglass cloth and vinyl. Matched color so well that I cannot see the transition. The fiberglass cloth repair was not seamless, but I have showed the door to friends and they didn't even notice the repair until I pointed it out to them. Ted has a one year warranty. Time will tell if the reinforcement is strong enough to last, but it looks promising so far. He was very professional and brought everything he needed to do the job. Clean up was complete and price was within the range he quoted on the phone based on the picture I sent to his web site. This is a franchise operation owned by an Air Force veteran. I highly recommend him.

My experience with Adam Serrano was a vey special one and his honesty and concern for my needs really impressed me. I can see why Adam is very busy and I believe that it's surely his excellent work along with the polite and professional way he treats people.

They fixed an eighty year old saddle and they did an excellent job. This was a year ago. I have had two saddles fixed there. The quality of the work was excellent. They detail of the care was great. I had another saddle that was thirty years old. They redid the bottom and put in extra leather to firm it up. They did not have to do that. The quality was superb.

THE SALES CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DESCRIBING THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TYPE AND STYLE OF MATERIALS USED TO COVER BOOKS AS WELL AS EXPLAINING HOW THE BIBLE WOULD BE BOUND AND RESPECTING MY WISH NOT TO DISTURB ANY OF THE MARKING MADE BY FAMILY MEMBERS TO THE PAGES.

After agreeing to a price, I was charged on the 14th of May and waited. It is now over 3 months later and I am still waiting. I have tried contacting the company by phone, to either get a status report or a completion date and have not heard back. It is a black hole.

Ted Trevino arrived on 17 June 2016. We discussed the project & he said he had sub-contractors who could do the work for either $375.00 or $425.00. I agreed to either of these costs. He then told me he would start to remove the old vinyl as that is what flooring subcontractors do not like to do. After 1-2 days of (what I could observe) hard work by Mr. Trevino, he said if he might just as well do the complete job, since he had gone this far (removing the old vinyl). He demanded prepayment of $300 and said he would complete work in a suitable amount of time. I gave him a check for $300 on 20 Jun 2016. He cashed it immediately that day. He arrived late the next morning (saying he got only one-hour sleep the night before). He then broke for lunch after about an hour. When he returned, he came into my Living Room and sat in my recliner and went to sleep for about three hours. I was completely taken aback at the unprofessionalism of this act (snoring included). But by this time, I was afraid of him and did not want to confront him. He worked only the rest of that day and partial of the next. Then, on 24 Jun 2016, got a call from him saying his Father-in-Law had died. I gave him a proper week of mourning, and placed a call to him to attempt to ask him when he intended to complete the contracted job (calling Cell #210-823-7636) and after many, many calls to this number from my home phone, I switched to MY cell phone and got an answer from someone claiming to be his son. The son said he had borrowed his Dad's phone, but since he did this type of work also, he would come out and complete the job for me. I attempted to reach ANYONE at this cell number and also their work number--went to voice mail. I just had to resort to hiring another flooring contractor to finish the work for me. I have given a glowing report on Angie's List ref this company (Talamantez Group, LLC). Since I was subjected to such problems with Ted Trevino, I find out that many folks have been scammed by him also. My message is BEWARE of this guy and his promises. He did a half-baked job and I had to pay extra to get his promised, contracted job completed. He left glue residue on the vinyl, which had to be cleaned off. To add "insult to injury," he also left a mess of old, wet vinyl tiles in a couple of LARGE garbage bags. They were so heavy, I had to drag them out to my garage and sort them into 4 other garbage bags before I could even lift them to haul them away. He left this mess on my dining room carpet. I just today pulled out my refrigerator and found out that he had not put tiles under there, so I will have to call the other contractor back again to put tile there. I would call Ted Trevino a thief and a scum-bag for taking advantage of a Senior Citizen. His company (CARPET WIZARDS) just takes peoples' money and fails to do the work. DO NOT ever again pay for work BEFORE it is performed. CONSUMER BEWARE -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
