Lotame collects online data via the use of Lotame tags, cookies and other technologies. This allows Lotame to collect anonymous information from websites and mobile applications that Lotame does not own or operate. Lotame collects this information on behalf of its SaaS clients, as well as on its own behalf, for use within the Lotame Data Exchange (“LDX”). Lotame’s SaaS and LDX clients use this information to execute interest-based advertising and content personalization.
The data Lotame collects from third parties for use within the LDX is called “Third Party Data”. Lotame aggregates this data into audience segments associated with certain interests, behaviors, and attributes.
