    Google is talking up a new “area busyness” features in Maps. But notable it hasn’t talked about the effectiveness of Bluetooth covid-19 exposure notifications. I’ve never seen Apple mention it during a keynote, either.

    there's about to be a real UX-saves-the-company shake out in the PWM space, along with a real reliance on making sure customers are vocal, because PWMs are utterly reliant on the OS vendors to stay open (and the OS vendors have the same lock-in business model that PWMs do)
