I went against the grain and went with this company which had good reviews at a way more affordable price then the place she wanted. JM Carpet CleaningJimmy was very professional. Came in on time. Ready to go. I had four bedrooms livingroom dining-room hallway and the couch needed cleaning. It's been like 10 years since the last time I may have done this so there was a lot of work to be done. We walked through the apartment first he gave me some recommendations once we agreed on the price he got to work. He came in also with a scrubber machine it really did a deep cleaning process and then came back and steam cleaned it nice and clean. Aside from the crew showing up an hour late, everything else went fine. They were professional and cleaned the carpet well. I was very pleased with the results. However, I do expect a crew to show up on time without having to call the company and inquire as to where they are. The owner of the company at first didn't seem to realize that I had an appointment. Once he found it, a crew was dispatched. Unfortunately, that threw my schedule off by an hour. The quality of the work was good, and the crew was capable and friendly, but I need a carpet cleaning company that is reliable.

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.
