Sunrise ShuttersWe planned this before the quarantine hit but the measuring and installation was done during it. Workers were very respectful with distancing and masks. I absolutely love my new blinds. They are so easy to raise and lower with just a touch of my hand. If you’ve ever struggled with cords on blinds before you’ll know what I mean. For an extra $10 they each have a cornice which finishes off the look. I am now proud to walk into my rooms instead of cringing. Jamie is very easy and professional to work with. We love them so much we called him back this month to measure our bedroom windows. This was even my husband’s idea! It’s usually hard to get him to spend money but he was very pleased with the price and the value. I’m so excited about getting these beautiful blinds for our bedroom too.- Kathleen R.

The Shutter CompanyI can't say enough positive things about the Shutter Company. Through the years, they've done all my window treatments. Most recently, I had new shutters installed and while Faye was at my house I showed her a problem I'd been having with shutters they installed over 10 years ago. Without hesitation, the Shutter Company corrected that problem at no cost!! That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Deepest gratitude to Kelly, AJ and Faye for beautiful new shutters in my kitchen, as well as brand new panels for a past installation in my bedroom! They definitely have a customer for life! They are so compassionate and understanding. I was blessed in her courteous care to get my order completed for the New Year! I'm looking forward to having Sunrise do my loft and dining room shutters. I love being able to control the privacy and light in just a touch of the blades. The white is bright and clean. Jamie is sooo... patient in explaining the differences of style and answered my many questions. My daughter just moved and is getting these shutters again in her new home. We are sold ! Lonestar Siding & WindowsWe found Lonestar on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. Everything went exceptionally well. We had a lot of weather related delays (very rainy spring/summer this year) which was out of everyone's control, so we got off to a late start. Steve's team was amazing and Greg Paul was exceptional at keeping us in the loop the entire time. The professionalism of this company is one not often found these days. At the end of each day, they totally cleaned up everything, including sweeping the driveway behind the house. (I joked it was cleaner while they were here than it normally is!) You couldn't find a stray nail, piece of trash, or any equipment anywhere! After the windows were installed, they were completely cleaned off and the area around each window vacuumed. I came home from work to find all the windows installed with no clean up necessary. (I had heard horror stories about this process from friends that used other companies.) One of the windows (cherry wood laminate) had a small scratch on it. Steve said he would not install it and ordered a new one. My husband said he had to look hard to find the scratch and was pleased that Steve not only found it, but was proactive in getting it replaced. We had to wait a while on that window and the front door and even then, no money changed hands. Greg meant it when he said we did not pay until we were totally satisfied. The quality of work is excellent. We created a punch list for our "walk around". We had three minor items on our list. Greg had several pages on his! (Including a few handprints on the siding that he wanted them to come back and clean up!) We were very impressed with Greg's work ethic. As he said, it's their name on the sign and he wants it to be right. We had three separate estimates done for this job. One was much cheaper, but when I spoke to several people on their reference list I found a great deal of dissatisfaction. The other company was slightly higher. Robert Tabler did a great job explaining the products they would be using and answered all of my questions. He had samples with him and was able to work up the price while he was there. We did go top of the line on the windows and doors which added to the price as well. We have lived her for 24 years and the house needed a major facelift. We love the new look! I believe in the adage - you get what you pay for. We have learned that over the years the hard way. This is the kind of job where you want it to be the best it can be - Lonestar made that happen. Sunrise ShuttersWe made our order 9 to ten weeks ago when two guys came to our house to measure every window. Well today after the wait (due to custom order) everything paid off big time. Two awesome guys named Justin and Tripp came by at 9:30am and finished around 3:30pm. They were really hard workers , mission focused and down to earth. My wife is the one who decided on the shutters and as a husband, normally I would never do a review...but I am ecstatic about both the finished product and the professionalism of Justin and Tripp. So I did say to them I wanted everyone to know that I appreciated their work ethic. The new shutters totally improved the feel/look of our house. If you are in the market for blinds/shutters then look no farther than Sunrise Shutters.- Sharon C.

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

I had great experience just few days ago with PicturePerfect. Danny and his son Josh exceeded my expectations. They totally transformed walls of my kitchen from boring off white paint to a rustic whitewash brick look. The wallpaper was placed absolutely seamlessly from bottom to top throughout entire kitchen. "Brick" look is so genuine that it makes my kitchen look like a stylish urban eatery. I highly recommend PicturePerfect for their great professionalism, and craftsmanship.

Very well. We were informed on a regular basis when the work would start and when the supplies dumpster and other items would arrive. Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. All of this took about 10 days. The staff were very attentive to detail and really took pride in their work. Finally, the new gutters were installed. All in all, a job well done.
