Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made from 11/1/20 to 12/24/20 can be returned until 1/24/21. Any order placed before 11/1/20 can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

Alo Yoga is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

Exchanges & Price matching

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Aloyoga.com does not accept returns for Alo store purchases or third-party retailers.

Gift Card refunds

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.

RETURNS MADE IN-STORE

We will accept in-store returns or exchanges purchased from one of our locations or aloyoga.com within 30 days for a full refund to original payment or store credit. To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise and in saleable condition with tags attached. To receive a full refund, store credit or exchange you must have the original receipt, packing slip or exchange receipt from your order. Alo Yoga stores do not accept returns or exchanges from third-party retailers. Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. All bodysuits, underwear, yoga mats & blocks, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Aloyoga.com does not accept returns for Alo store purchases or third-party retailers. Items purchased in a store cannot be returned online.
