Prior to the job start, I made it clear to Steve that we wanted to make sure we waited for the pressure treated wood to dry completely before his team came back to paint. He agreed. They disassembled the A-frame screened porch & replaced the rotted wood. There was one additional board that needed replacement than he originally anticipated, so we paid him the additional dollars to replace it......

We hired Steve Colitz for minor construction at our home which entailed replacing rotted wood and painting our A-frame screened porch as well as rotted wood around garage door frames and some exterior windows. He provided a firm price quote of $2440 which included all materials and detailed out even the type paint he would be using.
