I am very pleased with the results from William and Apolo. William knew exactly the type of screening I was looking for and was able to order and install it. They replaced the screen door and some rotten wood, as well as repainted the porch. During the process, they kept me informed on the progress, The quality of work was very good.

Jim immediately followed up to my request for a price. He gave me an initial price and came to my house to provide a more detailed proposal. Once I accepted the proposal, work started within a few days and was completed in two days. The work was done professionally and looks great. Jim was onsite both days and was available for any questions or concerns that I had.

Initially had concerns with how screens were to be mounted but they stopped work on the job until I was comfortable with how the work was to be performed. Also had several shingles that became dislodged during a significant sustained wind event that occurred shortly after they were installed. They were back out within 2 days to repair the damage.

Found Jose on Angie's. He responded shortly after I set the search. Jose came by the next day, discussed the project, and the next day sent me his estimate. The work was done on time and it looks great. I would hire Jose again for a like project.

We hired Phoenix Home Services to build a screen porch addition. They did a fabulous job! We had some zoning issues that delayed the start of the porch, but Phoenix took care of the whole process for us. We did not have to lift a finger to fill out any paperwork or deal with any county zoning people. And because there was a delay in starting our project, they gave us free upgrades, even though the delay was not their fault! Once they started the project, it went incredibly smoothly. They were here everyday at 8 am working away on the project. They were always around to discuss any questions we had or to check in on how we thought the process was going. They were very professional and I am very impressed with their construction. We are so happy with the final project! I would definitely hire them again for any home projects we have in the future!

Isaac and his team are excellent, detail-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction. The final product was beautiful, high quality, and they never complained when we asked for minor tweaks along the way. I would highly recommend Atlas for any outdoor project.

I went back to Alexander Davis after they did an ABSOLUTELY incredible job on my horrible deck. The screening job was kind of weird—creating a catio. He gave me great advice and understood exactly what I was looking for. His crew is terrific as well. Even built “stairs” so my cats could look over the fence. My cats said to say how much they love it!

The work was as professional as they get and, as a DIYer, I was probably more of a nit-picking observer and had no issues whatsoever with the quality, design and workmanship at all. Mr Figueroa was a down-to-earth guy who worked with us on the design and any changes that we asked for without any pushback. My wife and I loved the experience and our only negative, if you could call it that, is why did we wait so long to do this!!! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I have Steadfast an “A” for there professional expertise and superior customer support both Nick (Project Mgr) and Franklin (Bldg Foreman) were very responsive and very knowledgeable. Steadfast was also very military friendly! I appreciate that as a retired Army soldier with 25yrs of service and two combat tours. I received three proposals and theirs by far was the best value. I would use them again for any future home projects.

I hired Green Future to build a 10 x 14 screened in porch off the back of my house. The initial project manager I worked with was not a great communicator so we had a bumpy start, but he was replaced with Luri before the construction began and Luri did a phenomenal job. He was clear with his communication on timelines and was responsive when I had questions or issues. The porch itself is very high quality and we have gotten a bunch of compliments on it and we use it all the time. The price was substantial but reasonable given the size and scope of the project.

We are extremely pleased with Biango Construction. We hired Nick to build a screened porch and patio. He was professional, thorough and reasonably priced. Communication was fantastic throughout the project. With the few challenges we ran into, Nick always had a solution that worked well and looks great. Nick and his team always showed up on time, did high quality work and finished on schedule. He pays attention to the details and takes great pride in his work. Biango Construction has earned our continued business and a 5 star review.

We hired Phoenix Home Services to remove our existing deck, rebuild a screened-in deck, and install a stone patio. I don’t think words can express how easy and pleasant it was to work with Phoenix starting at the estimate through project completion. Clint provided an incredibly detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and about a dozen 3D design images. Phoenix handled all of the permitting and Clint and Steve provided weekly project timeline updates throughout the project. They finished the job right on time and it’s everything we wanted. Every aspect of this experience was exceptional. Their customer service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail was simply remarkable. We received other estimates, but right out of the gate Phoenix was on the top of our list. One of the estimates was significantly cheaper, but we only received one 3D image and the SOW only consisted of a few bullets. The reason I point this out is because I did some research and the price of lumber skyrocketed by 130% shortly after we submitted our deposit to Phoenix due to sawmills closing in the U.S. because of COVID-19. There was no price adjustment and Phoenix honored their quote. Had we gone with the other company, I strongly believe they would have tried to jack up the price after the project started. Our kitchen and two bathrooms will likely be the next projects for us and Phoenix will be the company we call. Thanks to Phoenix and their entire crew!

So thoroughly pleased with the deck and screened in porch that Sean designed for us and that Jamie and his crew built. Sean was wonderful to work with, so personable and easy going. Despite challenges with availability of supplies, Sean managed the project beautifully and built us an absolutely beautiful porch! We were so pleased with his work that we're using his services again to build a patio.

We knew that the demolition work would expose additional repairs that would need to be done. The crew worked quickly to handle the demo work, and we were able to get a solid idea of the additional work to be done. After an honest review of what was needed, we came to an agreement on a reasonable price and all of the repair and replace work for our roof overhang and carport was completed. An efficient and pleasant experience from start to finish. Great work!

We hired CSM in November after an extensive contractor search earlier in the year. We ultimately selected them as the design was second to none, not a cookie cutter approach to our project. The work started in December of 2019 and was completed May the following year. The workmanship was superior both in carpentry and masonry. The end result is an outstanding finished project - complete with screened in porch with window system, fireplace and skylights - as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for all to enjoy. We have recommended multiple projects to CSM since and look forward to enjoying our expanded space for years to come.
