D L Boyd removed water-stained plaster and re-plastered a portion of our vaulted living room ceiling that had been damaged by a roof leak. The work included a curved portion of the ceiling, making it unusually difficult. The workman did an excellent job, beautifully blending the new plaster into the existing plaster so that the repair is invisible. He protected the rest of the room and the furniture from any plaster dust and spills, and made sure that all was perfectly clean before he left. We've used this company for plaster repair previously (on our dining room wall), with similarly outstanding results, and we'll call on it again if we need plastering done.

I Look at Angie's list of companies that will repair the stairwell look at Mendez painting with very good reviews I decided to call him so that he can come to my house to see the problem when I was walked into the stairwell there was a lot of noise, Mr.Mendez Find something wrong when he did the inspection I found 2 Stair Strings was broken from the part where it connected to the second-floor Mr, Mendez recommended me to re-plaster it / and replaced 3 sections of thread single steps with white Oak and handrails and balusters he gave me a fair quote, I hired him to Make the projects. Overall, they did a good job. A little pricey, but they arrived on time and did a really excellent job at preventing dust from going everywhere and cleaning up. The final product on the drywall patch in the ceiling was excellent. The plaster patch was good (they replaced plaster with drywall instead of fixing the plaster).

Gustavo saved my renovation. My friends and family members all know Gustavo by name because I have talked about him so much. I happily, but naively, bought a fixer upper at the begining of COVID and called Gustavo to repair my ceilings (I'd ripped off the gross acoustic tiles and didn't know what to do with the caving and peeling plaster I'd revealed). Gustavo and his crew repaired everything. Then I asked him about some other walls. Then about updating some doors. Then re-framing a rotted wall. He's done plaster refinishing, drywall install, patched my brick feature wall, and even managed to get perfect seams along the brick-drywall corners to keep out any bugs you know want to creep in. He replaced my original tin ceiling in my kitchen. Last week he fixed my dryer vent. It's gone so well I've hired him for 9 separate contracts in 5 months. Today he's re-plastering the 135 year old original plaster walls in my bathroom and I'm confident that in a couple days it will look as fabulous as the rest of the house now does. As a single woman, managing all of this on my own I have to tell you he is the nicest, most trustworthy person I've met this entire renovation and has saved me from sloppy and sketchy work from multiple other contractors and trades. He calls, he shows up when he says he will, and has too strong morals to price gauge anyone. The few times anything went wrong, he came back and fixed it until we were both happy with the result. Whether you're renovating a whole house or repainting a room, it's a lot of headache - save yourself some stress and call someone you can count on.

I would use thorough to describe Cook & Sons. The written estimate was very thorough as was their verbal explanation of what needed to be done. They did their best to contain the dust and debris and were considerate in moving and covering furniture. The work turned out to be more extensive than all parties thought at the beginning. They explained in detail what they felt needed to be done, patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, and quickly went back to work. I am very pleased with the plaster repair and highly recommend them. I was treated with respect and I found them to be courteous and honest.

Plastering is now done -- best quality work in the 33 years we have owned the house. Workers prompt, polite, professional, as neat as possible considering the type of work. The company will also paint, but must wait for plaster to dry. If they paint as well as they plaster, we will be extremely happy.

This was an A+ professional service. They painted all of my walls in my condo which included multiple sites of wall repair, plastering and painting of walls that had not been maintained for over 30 years. They were always on time and worked very hard the entire day as arranged. I can't say enough about their expert work, on time schedule and especially quality of work. It went well I was not dissapointed with the final result. Walls were smooth I couldn’t even see where it was cracked before. Paint was so beautiful and clean I was really satisfied.
