Ceasar was responsive from beginning to end.... Estimate to installing the fence. He's very professional and left the property clean afterwards. I'm planning to hire him to install more fencing. His price was also competitive/reasonable.

Removal of the old fencing and installation of the new aluminum fencing was completed in a day. Tri County personnel were awesome. Worked with Susan Cook on several different fencing options before we settled on the aluminum fencing. She was very patient and made several trips to the house to determine the most cost effective way to accomplish the project. The installation team completed the project in about 10 hours removing all the old wood fencing and excess dirt. It was a pleasure working with a truly professional team. The crew was professional. Had a hard time initially figuring out how to rack the aluminum fence up the hill, but figured it out and in the end it looks great. Were very thoughtful about where to put connections so they didn't show as much and were fast. Price was cheapest of several estimates I got for the same thing.

Initial consultation was more informative than most companies, and the best quote we received. Workers arrived on time, and put in the fence by the driveway, including some work-arounds because of the particulars of the job. Unfortunately the supplier provided Expert Fence the incorrect length for the railing, which resulted in a delay to finish the job, but was outside of Expert's control. Expert did fix the problem with the supplier and installed the railing and gate at a later date, but there was a small communication deficiency that I did not know if or when the railing would be installed after the initial glitch. However, Expert Fence was working behind the scenes to rectify the situation, and I very much appreciate it. Other small gripe would be a more full explanation of the accessories, such as railing base covers or types of gate latches. Nonetheless, overall great service, and would recommend to anyone.

It went very well. A re[representative of Frederick Fence came to our home to give an estimate and the discuss options. The representative came with samples which made decision making clearer. The price was competitive, so we agreed to a contract. The estimated installation time was 5 weeks after down payments was made. Within 7 weeks, we were called to arrange a specific day to start installation. Frederic Fence recommended meeting with the crew chief at the beginning of the project to make sure everything was in agreement to expectations. We spent about 10 minutes walking around the yard to discuss specifics and to make sure the fence material was correct per the contract. This time was an excellent investment and it paid off, as 3 days later, the fence was fully installed and looked great. Neighbors commented very favorably as to its look. We had installed a 6 foot high fence to try to keep out the deer. So far, none have attempted to jump the fence.

Pricing and terms were extremely competitive, Nino and his crew were very efficient and did an excellent job. New fence looks great. Would definitely recommend based on my experience

The pleasant experience of a positive interaction and product installation was not limited to the installers. Due to a change on our part from brick posts to the aluminum posts, a difficulty arose as to acquiring the necessary additional aluminum posts. This entailed phone calls and a trip to the eastern shore by Ron Benson, the general sales manager to acquire the necessary posts. He also extended us the courtesy of providing temporary fencing provisions to enclose the yard because of our pets.

The estimate process and installation went very well. I am very pleased with the product and found the company very responsive to requests for small adjustments.

It's a bit hard to grade this one. I worked with Mike Carter and appreciated his guidance during the proposal and bid phase offering suggestions that were less expensive than competitors. When Carter's bid was not the most competitive, they agreed to match the competitor's bid (also an A-rated vendor). The job was initially delayed due to overbooking of projects, and then later due to a material availability. My biggest issue with the project was the installation of the wrong fence posts. To their credit Carter offered to remove the incorrect posts and install what was ordered, but by the time it was discovered all the posts and lateral boards were installed. The job would have been delayed for an undetermined period and I was concerned about collateral damage that would have occurred from the removal and replacement activity. We came up with a solution that was acceptable to me, although my better-half really wanted those original posts. Carter's crews really should review all the materials with the purchaser to ensure this sort of problem doesn't occur...aggressive scheduling notwithstanding.

The installers showed up as scheduled on the morning of my installation appointment. We communicated and verified where the fence was to be installed and the gate locations. All in all, I am very pleased. A very professional job, they cleaned up after themselves and were gone by 6:30PM. I would highly recommend.

Requested an estimate and they came out the next day and provided me an estimate. After the estimate was received I e-mailed the gentleman who came out a couple of questions and never received an answer. I then called and talked to him personally and he said he would get back to me with an answer. He never did. I then submitted a web request for a new estimate. Another gentleman called and I explained to him the situation. He said he would have the original gentleman give me a call which he did. He got me another quote after our discussion. The quote contained a different fence manufacturer than the first estimate. I e-mailed him again asking questions about the fence but never received a reply. At this point I decided to move on to another company.

Builders fence did a great job with our project. They were very responsive with my questions and upfront about the costs. The crew removed an existing chain link fence and install a new wooden privacy fence. The were able to recognize a few issues and provided acceptable solutions. They also install a new aluminum fence for our dogs. Both fences look great, there were no pre-made panels used for the wooden fence. The crew was friendly and very hard working. They even cut down a tree for me that was in the way. I would recommend them.

Mike was very reponsive. He returned all emails very promptly. After having to wait for the rain to stop, the fence went up in two days. They did a good job, kept the work area neat and cleaned up after they were done.

Mike and his crew are pros. His crew lined up and hung the gate perfectly and things went smoothly from there. I got what I asked for and there were no surprises. Also the aluminum fence was lined up nicely even though the ground it sat on varied a bit. They took care to have the fence hold a straight vertical and horizontal line regardless of some of the ground's elevation variances. I would have Mike's guys come back for additional work. These guys create quality fences from quality materials as you define them.

Very well. Jeff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had to make some adjustments because of an additional fence hookup and we stayed on the same page without issue. The installers Jeff brought were very good and efficient. Finished fence looks great. I would highly recommend others usemail Jeff'so team to install fencing.

They were outstanding, as always. They had built a wood fence and composite deck at our previous home, as well as regular fence repair from falling trees as that house backed to woods. So we called Larry again to build the fence and deck stairs at our new home when we moved. The fence is aluminum on the front of the property with multiple gates and wood on the side and back. Part of the fence had to be finished several months later as we were building a pool. The quality of the work was top notch, they were always on time and their crew worked quickly and hard. Their price was also one of the lowest. We will continue to use them for all deck and fence work and cannot recommend them highly enough.
