Studio Professionals

Calling all studio owners, recording engineers, audiobook editors, and mastering engineers.

Are you ready to revolutionize the audiobook creation process?

We’re looking for serious, experienced audiobook professionals to help us get more audiobooks to the millions of listeners who love them. Most narrators on ACX act as their own producers performing all the work involved in producing finished audiobooks entirely on their own, while others hire help such as editors and mastering engineers. Check out the ACX Audio Submission Requirements. If you can meet these guidelines, we want you here.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1. Create a profile

Step 2. Upload samples

Show off work you’ve done, and how you can help the ACX Narrator community. Include an unlimited number of audio samples in your Profile.

Step 3. Assess jobs

You may be contacted by Narrators or other Studio Professionals via ACX’s Messaging system. You can choose to be paid on an hourly, per-finished-hour, or project basis - it up to you to negotiate your rates and terms. Please only sign standard contracts.

Step 4. Do the work

Complete the project per your agreement with the Narrator or Rights Holder.

Step 5. Get paid

You will be paid directly by the Narrator or Rights Holder who contracted you.
