The repairman came out the same day I called for service. He showed up on time and was very courteous, very competent, and they repaired the refrigerator. Before he left, I explained that the refrigerator was hot on the top. Even though he had completed the repair, he took the back off the refrigerator and found a piece of cardboard blocking a fan necessary to cool the refrigerant. He removed the cardboard and the fan started working. I would certainly recommend Vienna Appliance Sales and Service.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Called at 8 am to make a service call. Got a call at work at 1:30 telling me Dave was 30 minutes out. I got home at 1:55 Dave pulled up promptly at 2pm. I explained the symptoms the system was experiencing and Dave quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor and low refrigerant. Dave told me what was causing the problems and what my options were. Dave let me choose what I wanted to do, no hard sell. Dave was in and out in less than an hour. Dave would have been finished sooner, but he had to wait for the outside unit to cool down before it would kick in. Exactly the way a service call should run fast, efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. Mannix Heating and Cooling will continue to get my business.

Super Service Award Recent Review: We solicited estimates from 3 different companies, all found on Angie's List. Not only was KBR the only one to follow up with us after giving us the original estimate, they were the only one to come close to the the budget we had in mind and mentioned to each company. They listened to what we desired to have done in our kitchen and gave us solutions to help meet our budget. The only "con" was a miscommunication, and when that was brought to their attention, they immediately resolved the issue without question. Jony and Miguel did all of the removal of the old cabinets, the repair to the flooring and the copper ice maker line, installation of a new over the range microwave, as well as the installation of the cabinets and painting of kitchen. They were wonderful, helpful and very engaging. They let us know what was going on at all times. The custom shelving that Jony built came out better than we had imagined. The installers of the granite and new sink were very efficient and took time to answer our questions. After the installation they made sure we understood the work they had done and the maintenance of the granite. They gentleman that delivered the cabinets was a delightful young man who obviously cared about his work!! We would have no reservations in using KBR again or recommending to our friends.
Super Service Award Recent Review: This one was a difficult job for George & William from Cosmos Htg & Cooling, tho they disagreed. I called them for assistance, said I was an Angie's List member, had a coupon to use, and George agreed to come the following morning. They arrived timely, offered to haul the refrigerator at no extra cost,as it was easier for them to remove the freon elsewhere. The doors & shelves had to be removed, and the inside needed to be hosed out. To my shock, the inside was quite horrible. it was gross. I apologized, but they never complained. They did what they needed to do and took the refrigerator away. I was amazed of the professionalism of both of these two men. No complaints or attitude. Yes, I would use them again and again and refer them wholeheartedly. I haven't seen this level of customer service in many years, sadly enough. Give them a call, you won't regret it!
