I hired Father and Son Electric to replace the electrical subpanel in the garage. What started as a small job became a big job. Carlos informed me that the subpanel and the wires from the subpanel to the main panel was not up to code and the outlet for the dryer was not tied into the correct electric panel. Carlos replaced the electrical subpanel in the garage, ran the correct wire from the subpanel in the garage to the main electrical panel, ran a wire for the dryer to the main electrical panel, and replaced the outlet outside on my patio and cleaned up after finishing the job. I highly recommend Carlos. He tells you what you must do, what can wait, and his rates are reasonable. I will definitely hire him again!

Installation was meticulous and thorough. When things didn't go exactly as planned, installer dealt with it "right" - as opposed to trying to work around it as quickly as he could. Super Service Award Recent Review: They brought in their workers, introduced them and began the 6 week project. The workers showed up daily, on time and worked very hard. As the work went on, I found I needed more things to be done such as cabinet installation and a shower door install. I can't tell you how pleased I was that they were very flexible. Since I was anxious to get the project done, and they were also interested in keeping their schedule of jobs, they were willing to come in on some weekends. When there were small issues that needed to be addressed, they were happy to take care of them. I got the impression that they were interested in my happiness with the project. We got multiple quotes but Brennan's came in the most affordable. $20,000 is a very large amount of money, but it is necessary if you want to modernize an old farm house. There was some confusion during the installation which I would say was my fault. We did a large renovation on the property and I was unaware that running all the electrical lines was my responsibility during the install time. It was not difficult but was just unprepared for the additional costs. Brennan's used high quality units for my dual system and did a great job installing them. The workers where polite and cleaned up after themselves. This job is obviously not a standard HVAC replacement but Brennan's made it look easy. I had another estimator come out and just shake his head saying he did not know how he was going to be able to do this. Brennan's estimator use to install systems so with his knowledge of installation work, he was able to accurately determine the best ways to do the install and all went very smoothly. Brennan's should always be considered when doing big jobs like mine.
