John and his crew are exceptional. From estimate to completion, everything went smoothly. John answered every question right away, got back to us when we had yet another question, and alleviated any concerns. Our neighbors appreciated his diligence when cleaning up the roof debris. Repairs to facia and some other items were done as well. Price was on point. John even came back to tweak a few items and patched an area where birds were nesting. Bauerle Roofing LLCVery well. I used Bob's team twice on my inlaw's house, which unfortunately had a poor quality roof installation when the house was built in 2012. This resulted in shingles coming undone during windstorms. Bob's team was always very responsive the two times we needed help with the roof, got the required fixes done promptly, and was more than fair with the pricing for my aging inlaws on a fixed income. We have since sold the house but I'd recommend Bob without hesitation.- Paul P.

Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.I first contracted Jim several years ago to execute my vinyl siding and roofing project. Most recently his crew installed laminate flooring in four rooms. The work has been top shelf and each of the crew has been on time, customer focused, good suggestions, and went above and beyond with their efforts in many cases. Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.I recently had some work done by Beantown home improvement. I had a roof/siding/gutters/windows replaced. From the very beginning of the process they were outstanding. Very responsive when I initially called to get a price. During the estimate process Jim went to great lengths to explain the process, timing, and materials that were to be used. Timing was an issue due to covid. Manufacturers were shut down for a period of time which obviously delayed jobs that had been scheduled. This was explained to me upfront to there would be no misunderstandings as to the scheduled start date. Communication was very thorough throughout the entire process, if you have questions Jim will get back to you with answers (sometimes within minutes!). The job lasted longer than expected due to weather and shortness of days but they got the job done before the winter. I could not be happier with the quality of the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute before calling them for future projects.- ed g.

C&K Roofing did an excellent job. Previous roofers had left gap with gutter causing water to drip down side of house. C&K fixed issue, replaced bad wood and shingled main and side roofs and replaced rubber matting on porch roof. They showed up with a big crew and worked very hard, finishing most everything in one day, with final touches and cleanup the next morning. Even my neighbor commented on how hard they worked and quickly they got the job done. More importantly, the problem is fixed. I waited until we had some precipitation to check before I wrote this. Good job!

One of the side roofs was fixed the other has leaked repeatedly in heavy rain storms in the exact same area where it leaked before the roof was installed, damaging my interior roof and paint. I spoke to the owner - Artie - both times. The first time he came back and spent not 10 minutes here without telling me he arrived and put caulk under the flashing along the chimney (something I easily could have done myself). The second time he didn't bother to come at all, said he was convinced the leak is in the chimney and not the roof (even though he had not been to my home for over a year ) and said he would send over a chimney company to look at it. No one ever called or followed up...not that that would have mattered much. I'm sure the chimney company would have come up with a very nice quote for additional work. My question is why did I pay to have the roof replaced if that was never the source of the leak? They don't stand by their work. Look elsewhere.
