The quality of the fence and installation crew was not nor has it been an issue. What is a major issue is the non-existing customer service. Nearly 20 phone calls and two years later we may be getting the issue fixed. Ridiculous and unacceptable for a fence costing nearly $20,000; we regret ever going with Amerifence.

We have a 1955 home with the original fence in the back courtyard. The fence was in bad, rusty, falling apart condition. We had some companies come out and try to talk us in to putting in an aluminum replacement, but we wanted iron. One company came out and just didn't call us back. Then we found Above The Rest Construction. Shannon came out and told us how great our fence was and understood it would be better to keep the original. He and his crew were excellent. The picture attached to this review is the after shot of that fence. Imaging that same fence with a splitting, rusty, "better get your tetanus shot before you touch that fence" look - and it was worse than you are imagining. Shannon gave us an estimate, took the fence down, brought them back after powder coating them and he fixed the fence gate that was not able to be used before as well. The fence was installed over 6 months ago and it still looks amazing. This company is great and I recommend them for your fencing needs!

I had 50% down payment ($2,113.75) on 3/12/2021 for my aluminum fence. The estimated installation date was 5/20/2021 and I am still waiting to have my fence installed as of date 7/29/2021. I have tried to call them to cancel my order, the girl tells me that manager will call me right back. No one called me back. I want to cancel and want my deposit back!!!

We had several woodworking jobs and most of the companies that came out would do some of the projects but not all of them. Hittle was able to do them all at a good price and with great professionalism. The hardest part of the job was taking out the old wood retaining walls around flower boxes that surrounded our patio and replacing them with new wood. They had to dig them out and then replacing them required a lot of precision work. They also took down an awkward old wooden awning and replaced it with a lattice wall next to the garden. Together those two projects make the patio area look 100 times better! We also had them build a short wooden fence and gate on the unfenced side of the house. And in front they installed a small wooden fenced area to corral our trash cans and hide them from the street. Everything looks great and the workmanship was truly excellent.

Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Imperial Fence CoFence products were great—problem was they installed in the rain and we’re in a hurry, that ment shoots work dirt left piled up at bottom of fence they said “ I didn’t pay for removal of the dirt”, they (office personnel—Kerry-) I would of paid that second I have concrete/cement on my fence that I have been trying to remove no luck—I have called office a number of times and left messages and still no reply—they take your money but don’t take responsibility. My neighbors post on our neighborhood site about needing someone to install fencing and I tell them stay away from Imperial—very disappointed with them and will let Home Depot know today since I went through them for the job. I have given Imperial enough time to contact me about this issue (6 weeks) I’m done..- Mark H.

BULLSEYE FENCE DESIGN INCRyan and his crew were great. They knew we had two dogs and had just moved in to the house. They moved us up in their schedule so we could get the fence in before the ground froze. The fence is great! The crew worked in the pouring rain to put in the posts. They came back a few days later to install the fence panels and it snowed and was 20 degrees out! We really appreciated their hard work so this could get done before winter hit! Also, my husband was going to do this himself but after pricing out materials (for an aluminum fence) it was only about $1,500 more to have Bullseye do it and we got steel with a warranty. However, their crew completed the job in one day. Only hiccup was cutting a neighbor's sprinkler line which cost me about $100 to repair.
