We don’t have a physical headquarters or office. Our employees work wherever they are most productive — whether that’s at home in their PJs or on a beach in a far-flung tropical paradise. In fact, on any given day, our employees are working across six different timezones!

Work Remotely
Location, location, location… or the lack thereof! Our team is scattered across six time zones and we like it that way. Pick your time zone and go, we’re a fully remote company!
Equipment + Stipend
In addition to your Macbook Air/Pro, we’ll send you any additional monitors you need. To make sure you’re as productive and comfortable as possible, you can expense up to $200/month in equipment or shared working spaces to help your productivity.
Retreats
We pick a place every quarter to gather IRL to work (and play) together for a week-long workation! Recent locales have included New York, Miami, and San Juan!
Unlimited Vacation
It’s important to unplug – like, really unplug. We offer flexible vacation on a peer-approval basis and ask that every human take a minimum of ten days off per year.
Parental Leave
We love tiny humans, too! We offer 3 months paid leave for primary caregivers, and 1 month paid leave for secondary caregivers. We also offer adoption and IVF support.

Onboarding
