Ronald was a great help! He installed a new projector mount and projector for my home theater. He concealed wires, handled some low-voltage work and splicing, and helped me brainstorm on future upgrades for my entire entertainment system. He was timely and professional. I ordered a fan and cooling fin for a Toshiba from Amazon... I had already taken my computer totally apart only to find that I was sent the wrong fan. I took my computer, disassembled to Phierx and not only did they find and install the correct fan, they also discovered that the problem was not the fan but the hard drive. They changed the hard drive, upgraded the operating system, and re-assembled the computer, all for a very reasonable price, and they did this all very quickly!

They did a great job in our master bath. I recently purchased a used laptop on FB marketplace and I couldnâ t get it working correctly. I found IT Solutions and they were an amazing help. Bill wiped out the files on the used laptop and installed Windows from scratch. He backed up and transferred all of my files from my old laptop and put them on the new system.

These guys are the best! Professional, resourceful, quicker than expected service (even with supply chain problem on parts, they tracked down the one my laptop required. and I had it back several days before they had estimated.) All this plus very reasonable fees. How often does that happen? I cannot recommend them highly enough.
