I just received these Galaxy buds, but they came with no way to change the tip and the wings, not to mention NO charging case. These were basically completely useless to me for $100+. I expect to get a product with all of the necessary attachments and ways to charge the product for any product over $100.

No problems at all with them being renewed. Feels just as if I had gotten never used one. They are a little big on my daughter's ears but fit ideally on mines. I just wish one could download the Samsung Wearable App on iOS to change the earbuds settings. Great overall.

Extremely poor condition I would have thought being certified it would be in pristine condition or very good condition. Packaging was poor earbuds were all scratched up the charging case was the same and came oily and greasy as just worn. Am I to put those in my ears total waste of my money I am so disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars. These are headed for a trash bin. No human being should wear these dirty filthy things.
