Welcome to Cornell!

Established in 1865, Cornell University is a privately endowed research university and a partner of the State University of New York. Visitor Relations is the front door to exploring Cornell’s Ithaca campus, providing information and tours to prospective students and families, alumni and Ithaca area visitors. During this time of COVID-19, campus is temporarily closed to visitors. However, our office is excited to welcome visitors virtually. Below you will find online tours, as well as opportunities to engage with livestream campus experiences and information sessions.

Virtual Campus Tours

Visitor Relations offers livestream tours, led by current undergraduate students, that are open to all prospective students and families, faculty, staff; alumni; and Ithaca area explorers.

Information Sessions

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions offers pre-recorded virtual visits and live online information sessions for prospective students to learn about Cornell’s exciting academics, meet current students and see the beauty of our Ithaca campus.
