T Rock Roofing & ConstructionIt went very well. T-Rock Roofing knows roofs and all the other parts that are part of the structures around a typical residential property. We had hail and wind damage that was covered by insurance on part of the structure. There was also normal wear and aging of the soffit trim and gutters. Squirrels had done some damage on the trim trying to sublet part of the attic. One of the windows with a complex arch needed replacing, including the curved trim. The cedar fence was damaged by the hail and needed pressure washing and a new coat of stain. There was also damage that was not found until the roof was removed. At the start it seemed like I would have a lot of work to find the different companies that would be required to complete the work. A friend recommended a company he trusted that could look at all the problems which would simplify the work because timing coordination would happen by one company. For me firsthand experience and a recommendation from my friend is similar to what you get from reviews on this site. Trust worthy. The company, T-Rock Roofing and Construction and the team lead, Brandon Overby This combination made all the logistics and coordination a much smaller task. This company has 12 years’ experience bringing order to complex problems. Brandon organized the work so that it was accomplished with very little wait time between different trades and crews. The crews had proper staffing along with experience working together. This improved the quality of the finished project. I recommend T-Rock Roofing and Construction, they should be on your short list when looking for a roofing contractor.- Larry H.

This was a hindsight 20/20 experience and if I had simply read the articles that advise you on how to spot a shady contractor I would have found a different contractor. 1. Nothing was in writing. 2. Communication was horrible. 3. Work took much longer than required and quality was lacking. The contractor did acknowledge the lack of communication and apologized with a discount but I would have spent 2x as much to have less hassle and better quality. I have new holes in my wall, mortar stains on my deck, front yard, and flower bed. I constantly had to clean food, cans, paper towels, and bottles thrown by works in both the front and backyard. They tried to cut corners and leave spots filled with caulking instead of tile and already there is opening between the tile from shoddy labor. I have a broken water line to my fridge and missing Halloween decorations. This was a really bad experience and I still have to spend more money to have someone fix the shabby labor.

About a month ago, Dynasty Luxury Homes helped me bring my dated bathroom back to this century. I gave Gerold a few ideas of what I was looking for, but he took care of everything else. I will say it took a bit longer than expected, but wow was it worth it. He even upgraded my shower and vanity appliances. This bathroom is now where I spend 80% of my time at home.

Excellent customer service. Extremely responsive and courteous. My experience with both the office as well as Jeff himself was extremely positive and extremely professional. Jeff came out to my home to give me a quote but once he understood the scope of the work I wanted done as well as the timeline I had in mind, he was open and honest with me that, due to other projects he had committed to, our timelines would not aligned. I appreciated his honesty with me and that he didn't even entertain the idea of squeezing me in or rushing my project. I could tell that if he takes on a job, he will make sure that the job is done right. This spoke volumes about the amount of care and integrity that he has. It is unfortunate that I was not able to use LTC Pro Builders for this job, but will definitely keep his card around for any future projects we may do.
