Scott ExteriorsWork started in February and completed in Mar. Hold up was strictly due to all the rain we had, but they took advantage of any openings to continue to completion. The teams that worked on our house were great and Bruce and his team took all the time we needed to answer questions and responded quickly. After installation noticed a window stress fracture and it was repaired by (Pella) quickly. In June had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to flashing and it was handled without a fuss. I would recommend Scott Exteriors to anyone thinking of have work like this done. I have no complaints and will definitely use them for future projects.- John N.

Jon Wright IndustriesThe project manager, David Votava, presented himself professionally to understand all the work details and answered all my questions. The provided work contract detailed all the agreed upon work and materials. Three windows were replaced with attention to proper alignment, caulking, and trimwork. I had new siding to replace the worn out siding on two kitchen windows. The soffit , fascia and drip edge around the roof was replaced while maintaining proper soffit venting. The seams were well fit and caulked.The carpentry work as well as quality of materials are excellent. The original 5 inch rain gutter was replaced with a 6 inch wide rain gutter with leaf guard and was neatly installed. The house was painted including some roof features using top quality paint. The paintjob had good coverage with clean trimwork. David is a hands on manager doing much of the work himself. He has had a lot of experience and pays great attention to details. Throughout the task, I was able to interact with him to discuss and workout various details. A final inspection walk around to takecare of any issues was performed before agreeing the project complete. All the debris was hauled away and the property was swept with a magnetic rake to pickup any nails. I am very satisfied with the job and would hire him and his crew again on other projects.- Thomas O.

Whats Next Remodeling LLCLIFE SAVER! Alan is a blessing. We JUST finished a kitchen & laundry remodel with Alan and his team literally 3 weeks prior to the winter storm hitting in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area (you can see my wife, Kasi's review). Unfortunately, we had multiple pipes burst due to them freezing. Our kitchen and upstairs bathroom flooded & I mean FLOODED. My wife and I felt a panic like we've never felt before. Not sure of who to call, my wife called Alan for a suggestion. Alan showed up within the HOUR to help! I can't tell you how thankful we were to have him. He didn't do it to attract more business. He knew that we were struggling and offered to help. He and his team braved the dangerous roads, came over during their off time and fixed the pipes, dried the floors and cabinets and resealed the walls! We are MILES ahead of the many unfortunate people who had to deal with the weather simply because Alan cares about you and your family. If you don't have a family or all you care about is timing of a project? Great. He is prompt and on the spot when it comes to longevity of projects. Crown Exteriors, LLCCrown Exteriors just completed the replacement and painting of new Hardie lap siding on my house. Randy was a great pleasure to work with. Not only was his estimate the lowest (even in this very pricey home repair market), but included the painting, re-staining of my front and back doors, and temporary removal of some gutters (other bidders did not include this). He spent more than two hours detailing each and every part of the job - 6 pages! That alone was worth the money. I knew exactly what I was getting. He didn't ask for any money up front ( a definite PLUS), and only asked for partial payment at the halfway point and the rest after the entire job was completed and a final walk through was done. His four man crew was fast and did high quality work. What I initially thought might take a couple of weeks took only 4 days. They cleaned up every day after working from around 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. I would hire Crown Exteriors again in a heartbeat.- CATHY K.

Using 360 painting was the best choice I ever made. I have an office that I am redecorating that has very high ceilings and the color was a deep red. Needless to say this was not a project that I would not endeavor myself. Sharon came over to my house took pictures, measured and gave me great and needed advice. Her team came over promptly at 830am and completed my room in 2 days! They even repaired dry wall and fixed 2 interior doors that had a lot of wear and tear from my dogs. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and everyone was professional. I didn’t have to clean up anything. I plan on using them again and look forward to working with them again.
