"They were at the house for over two hours for the estimate. He came at 2pm and stayed until 4:15. They made a comment that it was a tiny house. He made some offensive comments. Asked some personal questions that I didn't feel comfortable with. He had a checklist of questions about our home and neighborhood. He asked me what my plan B was if my plan A doesn't work. Then wanted to come back to tell me why his company was better. He even mentioned that he was giving quotes on something he knew about. Lacked professionalism."

We applied for permits straight away but were then informed by the homeowner they wanted to make changes to the project and expand the deck.
