The Tune-up went very well. The technician was on time, and performed the tune-up without any problems. Since I have not turned on the heat this season, all I can say is, "So far so good." I'll know more once the heating season begins.

It seemed like an inspection more than a tune up. Maurice was very courteous and on time and called when he was en route. He told me that there was corrosion in my heat exchange and I should consider replacing my furnace. While in the basement, he noticed that there was rust at the bottom of my water heater and said that it could rust out and I should replace that as well. By the time he left, he was recommending replacement of the furnace, A/C, and water heater and offered me a deal on a package to replace all three items. Also, when doing the inspection he commented on the fact that the joint for the gas pipe was inside the furnace compartment (no longer code in DC) and told me that I had a gas leak even though I have never smelled gas. He demonstrated this to me by holding a device that glowed green when he moved it over the gas joint. I ended up having a number of companies come and give me their opinions when estimating other work for me. The consensus was that there was no gas leak at all. And that there was no urgency to replace my furnace and that my water heater was perfectly sound.

Prunctual and professional. Noted that the motor was louder than it should be, but told me that it seemed okay otherwise and he wouldn't advise further work unless it actually stopped functioning.

Really nice guy, and knowledgeable. Was able to answer all of my HVAC questions when he came out to service my furnace.

Disappointed. After a brief inspection, the technician insisted on installing a very expensive UV system to clean the air. He verbally indicated that my system was in very bad shape, but then wrote down that it was functioning normally when requested. My request for a quote on a cheaper solution was never provided, as well as the photos of the system that he took. I'm not sure that he even "tuned" anything.

The serviceman showed up on one of the days I had chosen and performed the spring tuneup I had requested, which was a special that I had purchased from Angie's List. Everything went smoothly and my cooling system performed well through the hot summer we had. I would definetly hire them again.

Technician went over all parts of furnace and checked to see that they were all in working order. He arrived on time and worked efficiently.

Chris came on time and did a very professional and thorough service. He's very knowledgeable. During the course of maintenance schedule, he provided lots of details on what he's doing and what changes are required in the future. This helped us prepare for future maintenance and changes. All in all a great service provider and would definitely recommend to my friends.

Very nice experience, Brian the furnace tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Walked me through how to care for the humidifier once it was installed, and pointed out a couple of things that needed attention when he did the furnace tuneup. He also noticed a mismatch in brand between the outside unit and inside unit that could be impacting efficiency, I need to do a little more research on that. All in all an easy and painless experience. Highly rated.

I purchased the big deal for a 21 point furnace tuneup for $69. I received a call to schedule the appointment and was able to get an appointment within a couple days on the day and time that worked for me. The technician showed up on time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

This was a great deal! Joey arrived on time, was friendly, and performed the work in good time. We also had a question about our flue pipe and he checked it out for us right away, explained his diagnosis, and honestly said he thought it wouldn't be an expensive fix. He will be getting back to us with an estimate. He didn't try to sell us on anything (which is what we thought would happen when using a deal/coupon). This was an enjoyable experience!

I purchased a deal ($79) to tune up the AC system. Earlier in the year, I purchased a deal ($89) to tune up the gas furnace system. Both times, the technicians were cordial and on time. They did a thorough job.

Perfect. The tech was punctual, pleasant and professional. Arrived when expected, performed the tune-up as expected, talked to me a bit about the unit and what the tune-up consisted of. I was very pleased.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for $69 for a 21-point furnace tuneup. The technician, Justin, arrived on time, was very professional, and gave me an assessment of my heating and air conditioning system. He said the furnace is fine, but the air conditioner would need to be replaced. In the springtime, I purchased their service contract and they came out on April 6 for the spring inspection. Again Justin told me that the air conditioner needed to be replaced, and he showed me areas where the coils, etc., were rusted. I asked about an air purifier, which I was considering for my seasonal allergies. He recommended the REME Air Purification System and gave me some informational materials. I did some research on air purifiers, and then asked my allergist if he thought this particular air purifier would be a good investment. He said it is similar to the system they use in the research lab and looks very good. The new air conditioner and REME system were installed on April 19. The bottom box of the furnace wasn?t the correct size, so they returned another day with the correct size. The whole thing was around $8,000. I have now had time to assess the new system and I like it very much. The combination of the air conditioner and the air purifier keeps the house cool without having to turn the thermostat down very far. I am already noticing a difference in my heating bill. I am very pleased with their products and service.

It has been quite a while since this transaction took place, and I had forgotten that it had started with the purchase of a $59 Big Deal for a 16-point furnace tuneup. I ended up needing a new furnace/air conditioner, which I contracted for on October 8, 2010; it was installed on November 12, 2010. The new unit came with free checkups for years 2 through 5. The installation technicians were prompt, courteous and neat. The company has been very diligent about calling and scheduling the free checkups, and the technician that comes to do the checkups has been prompt and courteous. The only downside to my experience with this company was my request for an estimate for a whole house generator. I hold told the gentleman who wrote up my contract in October 2010, that I was thinking about getting a whole house generator, although I wasn't sure I could afford it at that point in time, but would like to get an estimate for one to see where I stood. He was going to have someone get in touch with me. I still hadn't heard for anyone a month later when they came to install my furnace, and I mentioned it again to the installation technicians; they said they would have someone get in touch with me. I still did not hear from anyone, but had decided I probably could not afford to purchase a whole house generator at that point in time so I did not pursue the matter further. Despite the foregoing paragraph, I would recommend this company to a friend.
