Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling IncWe've been their customer for more than 6 years and we have a maintenance contract with them. They are always out immediately, very good and are very well trained people. We never had any problems with them. We have a 19 year old AC system, which they did not install but they maintain it very well and will come out whenever we call them with any problem. Service Professor IncJonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!- Jon H.

I've worked with many contractors over the years but have never had one more responsive and timely than Javon. He came out the same day and submitted a quote. He spent a lot time explaining our different options, what our current furnace can/can't do, what the newer models would offer. I never felt rushed or pressured into a specific make or model. Javon was extremely knowledgeable and and was flexible with us on install dates and costs. Javon was quick to reply on calls, texts and emails. I've been turned off by contractors in the past due to lack of communication and lax follow up...but not here. I would routinely get return calls/texts back within 5/10 min. He even assisted in the rebate forms! Always showed up when he said he would. I've been recommending Southern Comfort to as many people as I can, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.- Jon H.

I called in the morning, and Huey came that afternoon. He got the pilot light lit, and diagnosed a bad thermostat as the reason the heater wouldn't come on. He suggested that I buy my own new thermostat as it would be cheaper than the one he had on his truck. I bought a new thermostat, but still had problems. I called H2Oasis again, and Lucas came that afternoon. Lucas was very thorough, went up on the roof to check to see if the chimney had any obstructions, and thoroughly cleaned out the stove. Turned out mice had at some time been inside and left nesting material that would have caused some problems with air flow. He also found out that the new thermostat was also defective. The one he had was about $70, but said I could get one for half that price at Menards. I appreciated the prompt response I got both times, and the willingness to suggest money saving ideas like buying my own thermostat. (The defective one I bought will be returned.)

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
