He refinished the outside woodwork, replaced the deck railing and when the railing finish didn't uphold to the weather he has agreed to refinish it with a different stain. Deck SpecialistGreat One of their workers Jason came before hand and power washed it . They then came back when totally dried and stained it to a color that was mixed to what I had first time, two colors mixed together. Hand stained it no d sad praying . I have a upper and lower deck and lots of spindles Jason was also one of them staining, he is s very hard worker and He makes sure the job is top quality When he leaves. They handled everything from clearing out everything in the house to dealing with asbestos found in some basement pipes to reconstructing the rooms I worked primarily with Kasey who was always available for my calls and was extremely patient with several changes I made But everyone that worked with them was professional, kind and hardworking The office staff walked me through the insurance maze and handled most of it for me I HIGHLY recommend John Grace and would use them again in a heartbeat .

I waited a year to post this. People in TC said: "No way can their crew do a good job at that price." Say what? They came in and did the whole tear down, re-roofing, and clean up in a day and a half. "No way is it a good job." People said. Well guess what? After a year, no leaks, no problems. I am totally satisfied. I highly recommend them. Even though they are in GR, they came all the way to TC. Super impressed. Super happy. So glad I got it done last year before prices skyrocketed. But they are a super good company. All of my questions were answered and taken care of. Just super happy. The English Painters has been a painting and home improvement business in the Grand Rapids area since 2000. With over 15 years experience, our services provide high quality workmanship with customer service being of utmost importance.

We were very impressed! The bathroom required some caulking above the shower and some wall repair due to water splashing from the shower. The master bath cabinets were not in great shape due to a previous paint job done by me with the wrong kind of paint. They removed the vanity doors and took them off site to sand and paint. Mat did such a beautiful job, They look like brand new. Everything was done perfectly. Mat and his employees were very professional. They were punctual, and Mat called or texted to keep us in the loop about any change in arrival time. We really appreciated that. He also was very flexible and helpful about working with our schedule, as we had guests coming from out of town. When we need additional painting done in the future, we will contact Mat.
