It's going terrific! They installed a new sump pump in the winter and they are working on the new line. The sump pump they installed is a large system that includes a back up and alarms. The price is fair for the work.

We had an old sump pump that was working okay, but thought we should get a backup. We contacted Greg Bauer several times with questions after he came out for the initial estimate. He was very knowledgable and even told us of someone to contact if we wanted to try and have the old pump rebuilt. We decided to keep the old pump, but put in a submersible back up. When they pulled out the old pump to move it to allow room for the backup, it turns out the bottom was all rusted out and couldn't be reinstalled. They promptly told me this and asked how to proceed. We went with just the new pump and no backup.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Matt Wharff and his crew does excellent work for more than fair prices. This is the third job Wharff has done for me. My eight year old primary sump pump sprung a leak. I called Wharff and they were at my house at 9am the next morning. He brought three guys with him, and they were in and out in under an hour. His price included the cost of a good quality pump, labor and a five year warranty. Wharff includes an annual inspection and preventative maintenance of the pump as part of the deal. Other companies on Angie's List charge three times this amount without the annual inspection and warranty. I can't speak highly enough about Matt and his crew. Don't hesitate to call them.

The price was as good as or better than their competitors, and the work was completed in one day. We were particularly impressed with the excellent way they replaced our sod and mulch. We wouldn't have done it better ourselves. Some communications could have been responded to in a more timely manner, but overall, highly recommended.

Super Service Award Recent Review: I called around 10am and left a voice mail message. Received a call back in about 10 minutes. Sam said he could be at my location around 12-12:30 that day. He showed up in the time frame and took out the old sump pump and installed the new pump. Also spent time with my husband discussing the possible installation of a back flow valve for a basement drain. Sam wore the booties which I really appreciated since the carpeting is new. He was polite and professional. Will definitely use their services again.
Recent Review: Dave and his team were awesome! Dave showed me pictures of the crawlspace before the work, talked me through everthing we needed to do, and quoted a very fair and detailed price. Dave was very accessible through the whole process, and his team was so professional. They were courteous, cleaned up everything, did an amazing job, and even hand dug our sump pump line! Dave came back and went through the whole space with us. So, what was a damp, dirty crawlspace is now a dry, insulated, beautiful crawlspace! I am worry-free now about mold and standing water under the house, and on top of that I have a beautiful crawlspace door and new insulation.
