Recent Review: Updike bathroom remodeling did an outstanding job remodeling our master bath. They completed it on time and budget. Dan Updike was fair about pricing changes and unforeseen issues and was always available if I had a question or concern. This my first time using a remodeling company. The installation team was outstanding as well. The lead supervisor was very experienced and knowledgeable to offer practical solutions to issues that arose. He was honest if he forgot something, which I appreciated. I communicated most with the supervisor directly with questions, which worked perfectly. I recommend Updike bathroom remodeling to anyone! You can trust them to do an outstanding job.

Recent Review: Each of the plumbers that have been sent out have been helpful, professional and courteous, as well as the employees answering the phones to schedule the work. I am very pleased with their services and happy to do business with a local Westfield company. I also had them check our water heater and it was determined there is a leak and needs replaced.

Recent Review: The remodel was quick and superb. This was no surprise because in 2007 the owner helped us in designing our kitchen remodel - making suggestions we never thought of -- and we love his suggestions. The kitchen remodel (cabinets taken out and new installed) only took 2.5 days. Pioneer Kitchen provides personal service, professional counsel, and superb installation. I will contract them to do a minor bathroom cabinet upgrade some time next year. My choice to have them do a third remodel speaks volumes for the high regard I have for them. The company was referred to me in 2007 by a very satisfied customer. We referred Pioneer Kitchen to friends who loved our remodel, and our friends used Pioneer to remodel their kitchen and bar area.

Recent Review: I hired Spivey for my master bath remodel. It was pretty much a full redo – floors, closet, new tub/shower combo, tile, shelving, plumbing moved…. I love the results! They were not the cheapest estimate I received, but all three estimates were in the same ballpark, and their designer – Joe – really sold me on Spivey. His attention to detail, and willingness to work and rework the design was awesome. The project manager, Tim, did a great job coordinating with all their contractors and communicating with me. Their contractors did top notch work. I was especially impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the plumbers and tilers. I’ve included two before pics followed by two after pics. Recent Review: It was a pleasure doing business with All-Phase! I could tell from our first meeting that Kathy had a good feel for what I wanted to do in the remodeled rooms and how "fancy" I wanted to get (medium fancy). She was on top of the whole project and helped resolve the inevitable loose ends that arise when multiple types of work need to be done on the job. The All-Phase team were able to accommodate our on-job requests and developed custom pieces where necessary (like to support the heavy granite countertops in the laundry). The workers were courteous and clean and were concerned about any disruption they might create during the course of the remodel. It's clear that customer satisfaction is very important to the team and they work hard to get the job done right.
