Today, as the #1 provider of higher education to the U.S. military, and veterans* we have the experience and knowledge to help you take charge of your education.

With our long history of serving the military, we understand your unique challenges and have dedicated staff to support your learning efforts. In addition, AMU has created the Freedom Grant® for active-duty servicemembers, National Guard members, and Reservists using TA, providing tuition that caps at the military TA rate:
- $250 per credit hour for all undergraduate, master's degree, and graduate certificate programs
To further minimize education costs, AMU also offers these benefits:
- $0 book costs for all undergraduate and master's-level courses through a university book grant
- $0 technology fee for active-duty military servicemembers, National Guard members, and Reserve personnel
- Transfer credit for military education and training courses including CCAF, JST, DANTES, and ACE-evaluated training

Yellow Ribbon Program
For our veteran students, we participate in the G.I. Bill Yellow Ribbon Program, which means we agree to make additional funds available for your education program without an additional charge to your GI Bill entitlement.

We have been educating those who serve™ since 1991 and are a top provider of education to the U.S. military today, currently serving 65,000+ military and veteran students. Our education coordinators visit military installations throughout the U.S. and stand ready to help you.
