Early Bird Rates: Register by February 15, 2021, for early bird rates. Rates will increase for standard registration February 16–April 4, 2021.
Attention Proposal Submitters: HLC will send information to presenters on registering for the conference after making final decisions on proposed presentations in December. Because presenters are eligible for discounted registration fees, do not register until you receive a decision on your proposal. Registrations made prior to notification may not be eligible for applicable discounts.

The General Program will begin Tuesday, April 6 at 1:00 p.m. CT through Friday, April 9, 2021 at Noon CT. Pre-conference programs will begin Monday, April 5, 2021.
Registered attendees of the General Program at the 2021 Annual Conference will be able to:
Access all live and recorded sessions, including the Welcome Address, Keynotes and Closing Address as well as presentations by HLC and member institutions.
Identify and “favorite” sessions for easy access
Connect at your convenience to view sessions up to 60 days after the conference has concluded.
Connect with other attendees, speakers and exhibitors
View Academy Posters through a Virtual Poster Fair.
Access the Virtual Exhibit Hall to explore the latest products and services from sponsors and exhibitors.
Additional fees will be charged for pre-conference programs (the Accreditation Program, Student Success Workshop, Eligibility Workshop, Peer Corps Program and Presidents Program).
Register by February 15, 2021, to take advantage of early bird rates. Standard rates will then be available until April 4, after which on-site registration rates will apply through the end of the conference (see Program Fees ).
All content will be available for 60 days after the conclusion of the conference.
Presentations will be both live and pre-recorded. All presenters are expected to use and monitor the chat and Q&A engagement tools during their session.
To attend the virtual conference, you need a stable internet connection, a device or computer, and a valid registration.
All sessions will be listed and broadcast in Central Time.
Preliminary schedule details will be available through the event website in early February. Full schedule details will be available prior to the conference to allow attendees to select their viewing schedule.
This program is limited to the Chief Executive Officer and Trustees from member institutions. No substitutions are permitted. Registration is limited to four attendees per institution.
Current members of the Peer Corps are welcome to attend this program to refresh their skills and gain new knowledge of pathways processes. The program is designed for experienced peer reviewers who have already participated in accreditation activities, though newly trained and less experienced peer reviewers will certainly find it informative. Except as noted in the final program, this program does not constitute the specific training that may be required for certain peer review roles.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. The invoice will be included in the confirmation email after your registration has been submitted. Registration Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested using the online cancellation form . Refunds resulting from cancellations will be based on the following dates:
Cancellations requested on or before January 15, 2021, will be eligible for a full refund less a $75 processing fee per person.
Cancellations requested between January 16, and April 4, 2021, will be eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 processing fee per person.
No-shows or cancellations requested on or after April 5, 2021, are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers/Replacements
If a registered attendee is unable to attend the conference, their registration may be transferred to another person at the same institution or organization at no additional charge. Replacements can be made by calling an HLC registration agent at 866.497.1232.
Program Changes
A $50 processing fee will be charged for all requests to remove a program from an existing registration. Attendees will be refunded the cost of the program, minus the processing fee, up until March 5, 2019. After March 5, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Credit card refunds will be processed within two business days. Check refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the request.
