"Project (June-September 2020): 9 windows, 3 New Construction, 6 Retrofit, 1 Sliding Glass Door. All windows were outfitted with new window sills and frames on the interior. (Millgard Ultra Line/ black ). Work quality - While installers were friendly and professional, I had to ask for a follow-up visit to address the following: 1.) Touch up caulk around windows. 2.) Remove plaster from the patio that was not cleaned up properly. 3.) Missing window. Customer Service - Office and sales staff were friendly and responsive. Value for Money - The quote was competitive. Final Note: While I ran into a few issues above (hence no 5-star rating), Heritage was responsive and resolved all outstanding issues satisfactorily. The windows are great - I would recommend the Ultraline any day!"

"Ken, the owner, is a wonderful craftsman! I highly recommend him! "
"I would highly recommend this company. I like the fact that once one of their workers starts on your project that they come out until job is completed. I had another company in the past that tried to juggle multiple projects at the same time so project took twice as long. Also liked that they were very neat and clean. Workmanship is superb. My new bathroom looks amazing."
"I checked with 3 companies and I choose Palm Construction because they were really interested in doing the work and wanted the job. Jacob did amazing job scheduling the project and completing every single piece of it ahead of schedule. Definitely exceeded my expectations. They are easy to communicate with and very responsive to all my questions."
"Couldnâ t find leak repair, but Z and team discovered water leak between wall and slab foundation. He then fixed the problem in an old repair and excavated the soil and created a proper drainage system to prevent future problems as well as repair outside and interior wall and seal properly."
"They were very flexible, knowledgeable, and provided good insight for the remodel."
