My floor was damaged by water and had to be removed, the floor leveled before any new flooring could be installed. Not opposed to writing them – the reality is, since moving to Florida (part-time), I haven’t received that combination of superb results and first-rate customer service from any company that made writing anything worthwhile. I’m writing one for Yeager because their work was impeccable, customer service superb, and they carried out their work – from start to finish – with absolute honesty and integrity. We hired Yeager to paint the entire interior of our home (approximately 3500 sf) – top to bottom, floor to ceiling, and to install hardwood flooring throughout the entire first floor, and carpet in the bonus room on the second floor. When my wife walked in the door (we were away when Yeager completed the job), her jaw dropped to the floor. It soon became obvious that the home we had earlier this year put on the market to sell with plans to build a new home was going to be our forever home. With just paint and floors, our home had been transformed into something out of one of those Home and Garden magazines, or off of HGTV. Take my word for it: the paint lines are crisp and the flooring guys were meticulous and precise with their work, as if they were outfitting their own homes. Nobody walking in the front door would be able to tell the difference between Yeager’s work on my 15-year old property and a new build. Yes, it was that good. Even more important than the work, in many regards, was Jim Yeager’s and Mike Shorba’s involvement at every stage. They were honest, responsive, and operated with a sense of integrity that I’ve found to be rare in my nearly decade living in Florida – having experienced contractors who don’t show up, half-do the work, walk out on the job, and/or are unresponsive. Though I shopped around for nearly two years (including three bids from Yeager), we’re delighted to have found a company that operates the old-fashioned way, like the way we did things where I grew up in the Midwest. If you are contemplating Yeager, just pull the trigger. You will be glad you did. They will certainly be my go-to for future housing projects.- Marc S.

Yeager & Company IncExcellent from start to finish. Our sales rep, Mike, came to the house with samples based on our inputs from scheduling an online appointment. We selected the product we wanted and he measured, explained the installation process and left us with an estimate. We arranged financing through the company they dealt with that we also had an existing account with. Final contract was sent to us online, signed electronically by us and returned. We expected about 3 weeks but were pleasantly surprised when they were ready to schedule installation within one week. Installation crew was fantastic, arrived promptly on scheduled day, removed furniture and began demo of carpeting. Entire process took about 6 hours and crew cleaned up and moved furniture back before departing. Finished laminate flooring is beautiful and we will definitely use Yeager & Company for future projects we have on our wishlist.- Jack C.

HSP Construction IncWhat sets HSP apart from other construction companies, and in a very good way, is the up-front, friendly, professional attitude of Chuck, the owner. He is very, very easy to work with. An increasingly rare find these days. The vibe is there with his staff also, and their workmanship is pure quality. The only sub HSP uses is an electrician, otherwise all the other work is done in-house. Huge plus. Much more control over the project, fewer mistakes, easy corrections, and there are no bad attitudes to deal with when an issue arises. Chuck is fair, stands by his work, will listen attentively to what the customer wants and then will expeditiously follow through. As always, make sure to look over initial bid carefully, line by line and resolve any questions, pricing or any possible gray areas and then trust that Chuck and his team will see the job through to completion satisfactorily. Juniper ConstructionWorking with Ben and Zach was one of the most pleasurable experiences my wife and I have gone through in terms of home renovation. The entire process was seamless. They are a professional bait and switch, We hired them to install wood flooring, tile bathroom, and carpet. They quoted us a price that was higher then others but we decided to use them as they have good reviews, we are also on a tight timeline and they were ready to start when we needed it. They did the wood floors then pushed us back a week for the tile, before finally saying that they won’t do it because they miss priced it. At that point we were desperate so we offered 25% more then the agreed price, he said "That will do but let my other guy finish another job in the next 2 day" okay, then came back and said I need 50% more and we can start the next day. Again we are on a tight schedule... We said okay. He brings a team that does most of the work tells us we need to pay them and then for the last part he will complete himself so we paid what they asked which is about 80 percent of the price for like 70 percent of the work, and the he ghosts us, doesn't pickup the phone, doesn't respond its been more then a week. In his own words "..I'm very sorry about all this. Trust me we are very reliable..." He gave us his word and wrote to us that we can rely on him and that he would complete this job and that he is an honest person. and then breaks his quoted price 3 times and takes payment and doesn't complete the job. I hope this helps...
