Absolutely phenomenal customer service, promptness, communication, and job well done. I have only written few reviews to praise a company and itâ s only been when my expectations have been far exceeded. This was certainly the case when I purchased a motorized projector screen for my home theater from Unique Home Theater and VK came and did the installation. The professionalism and knowledge shown was truly refreshing in a time when customer satisfaction is becoming a lost art. They were cautious, they were always busy moving proficiently they were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They didn't cut any corners they made sure things were done right. Doug did a wonderful job setting up two new speakers in the ceiling and installing a new AVR. Cleaned up after the work, explained the operation of the new receiver and assisted in getting another TV working well. Would recommend him for any Home Theater work!
