D S Bahr Construction IncEXCELLENT. This was a $40K re-do of a 20+ year old original-Trex deck plus an add-on Trex deck. (Project's time of year was March, 2020 - think conavirus-19 turmoil and MN March weather. Project management wise, all process steps were efficiently and effectively planned & executed: on-site materials delivery and trash dumpster came as planned, grounds preparation (crew safety, landscaping protection), post-job cleanup. Bahr's 3-person crew arrived every day before 8 am, "rain or shine." They were pleasant, respectful, amicable - i.e., very professional. Bottom Line: Bahr Construction exceeded expectations, and everyone - homeowners, Bahr's employees and David and Miles, the Bahr Construction management team - can be proud of this job. A&M Builders was great to work with from start to finish. We found them on Angie's List and their outstanding reputation was completely accurate. We initially contacted them to design a deck. They proposed one that wasn't just another rectangle and were also willing to adjust and provide additional options to make the deck work to our specific needs. Their ability to build the deck with great skill and meticulous techniques provided us one of the best decks I have ever seen that really stands out within our neighborhood. Halfway through the project we decided to have them resurface the front porch to match the back because we trusted all the work they were doing. A&M does amazing work and we intend to reach out to them for any other work we decide to do in the future.
