CD Paver ManagementFrom start to finish the job went incredibly well. Carey worked closely with us and was able to interrupt our thoughts and ideas and add his suggestions, which helped us create the yard we were looking for. With his professionalism, curtesy and reasonable pricing it made our decision to go with CD Pavers an easy one. We were pleasantly surprised that the job even started before the quoted timeline. Carey and his team respected our time and our desire to create an oasis in our backyard and worked very hard to achieve this dream for us in a timely manner. We had not been able to enjoy our yard prior to their transformation because our yard held lots of moisture which created moss and mud so it never looked nice. The prep work they did was extremely detailed and alleviated and protected our yard from our previous problems. They spend a significant amount of time making sure this was done to the highest of standards. They did a remarkable job laying the pavers for the walkways and patio area. The added detail of the different stone for the border not only made it look nicer but added a nice edge for our bark area. The sitting wall is a nice touch that adds more usable space in our yard as well. The lighting with an automatic timer really creates a beautiful night time atmosphere. We can't say enough nice things about Carey and his team. Starting with Karen, who helped us get scheduled and started quickly with our project, to the crew with Roger, Christian, Eduardo and Ismael. The crew worked with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy with everything along the way and even helped when we wanted to make some adjustments. They were courteous, respectful and timely and always checked with us to make sure everything exceeded our satisfaction. They took great pride in their work and valued our thoughts and appreciation. The sealer they applied when they were done helped add more brilliance and appeal to the overall look of the stone. We enjoyed working with Carey and his them so much that it was truly hard to say goodbye once the project was done, as they became to feel like family to us. We will definitely enjoy working with them again on other projects in the future and highly recommend them. ATA ContractingTV came to my home the same day I submitted my request for a driveway replacement on Angi’s. He listened to my ideas and offered suggestions to make improvements. I was in contact with other contractors at the time. One gave me a rough estimate over the phone that did not include several of the things TV and I discussed but could not have an estimator on site for 2 weeks. Another could not give me a date when an estimator would be available. I chose to go with ATA Contracting because of TV’s quick response, his ideas, and because I wanted to get on a project schedule sooner rather than later. The lead time to start my project was 3 weeks depending on weather. My driveway was completed in 5 days. This was not a small undertaking. My driveway is approximately 215’ long and 10-24’ wide. TV and his crew took the time to answer my questions and explain the process as they went. It was a pleasure to watch them work. In addition to my driveway, TV and his crew also: 1) Routed and rerouted downspout output underground. 2) Replaced rough rock stairway with concrete stairs. 3) Replaced section of sidewalk. 4) Placed conduits under the driveway and sidewalk for future use. 5) Cleaned and sealed front porch. Unlimited Painting SolutionsWe just had the whole exterior of our house painted by Unlimited Painting Solutions and are so happy with the results! Gus and his crew were really great to work with. Our house had a lot of prep work that it needed in terms of scraping, priming, pressure washing, etc. They did an extremely thorough job at this and even used a special cleaner to make sure all the algae growth on our siding was completely gone. We have a fair number of trees and plants around our house and they were very careful at working around them. I was amazed at how clean they left the property too! They were so detailed and careful in masking things off and going back and touching any little things up. They put two coats on everything and the trim lines were all so crisp and perfect. There was also absolutely not one paint drip or spec of overspray on anything! All this, and they were done in just a matter of days. (I guess that's why they're the pros!) We felt that their pricing was extremely fair. You may get a bid that's a few hundred dollars cheaper from a big commercial painting outfit, and the bids may look similar on paper, but I think you will be very hard pressed to find a crew that takes as much pride in the quality of their work as Gus and his team do. It just makes sense to hire the very best when you are making an important investment in your home that will last for the next 8-15 years or more.
