I have cleared the cache after updating the web-page and cleared the local browser, but the video link, which shows updated on the website as I am editing it, is not showing up correctly in the browser.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Are you sure you saved changes in the wp editor? Check that out first and let me if the problem persist.

Yes, the changes are visible in the WP editor. Changes have been updated.

Check if the video, which the link points to, is online.

Yes.
The video updated in the WP editor is online and playing in WP-Admin, however, it is not updating to the web.
this is the link in WP for the updated video.

The problem is the link, the page is pointing to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWVErEODrg0 when it should be this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_1vDk1e498. Try deleting the current block and putting it back with the correct link.
