Site Address URL keeps changing all by itself

    We are getting an extremely strange problem with WP-Admin -> Settings -> General Site URL and WordPress address URL.

    1. The site address (URL) changes ALL BY ITSELF, randomly, from “https://novyunlimited.com” to “https://mail.novyunlimited.com”

    2. When we edit this in WP-Admin, it saves.

    3. But then, it CHANGES again!

    4. The database in phpmyadmin only shows https://novyunlimited.com for both Site address and WordPress address. The database is correct.

    5. There’s nothing in wp-config.php about site URL or WordPress URL.

    Is there some way a plugin might cause this? Thanks!

    Yes, the plugin may cause it, in this case, try to disable all the plugins you can rename /wp-content/plugin to something else.

    So once you save the changes it, automatically change back to mail.*?

    It could be also caused because some files may have chattr permissions or some security tool that prevents and revert the changes performed.
