The admin bar in frontend doesn't match with the admin color scheme

Description
When you change the administration color scheme to another color than the default, the admin bar within the dashboard changes to match the scheme color. But nothing happens to the admin bar in frontend, which stays in the same color as default.

This has been discussed several times and unfortunately the decision is that this is intentional. I disagree but it has been discussed several times, so be it.
