Installation

To Install

Think carefully of buying this plugin when you are not sure to use it. Support is not helpful when you try to get refund after 7 days. Its the term of condition - OK - but there are so many great support-teams of other plugins. In my case my customer needed longer as 7 days to review the tickera-plugin i set up for him. So after 2 weeks the costumer decided to take a other option to sell tickets, which i could't know when i bought it... So i have to pay now for a thing i don't need. For me as an agency this is very bad support.

I am most impressed with all of the capabilities of Tickera that I've used so far, except that our audience were having issues downloading tickets. After some considrable time spent trying to identify and fix the problem, I reported it to Tickera - fixed in a few hours, as was another minor formatting glitch. One problem was caused by a WordPress optimisation setting, and one by an incompatibility with the WordPress theme, so neither issue was actually a Tickera bug, yet both were correctly diagnosed and a fix provided in record time. Should have asked sooner!

I'd be interested in purchasing the pro-version, but honestly speaking the refund conditions keep me back. I'm currently building a site for a friend using WooCommerce and evaluating the best plugin-stack for his needs. His requirements are WooCommerce (due to local legal compliance we do need the "Germanized" addon) in conjunction with one of the membership and subscription addons for selling memberships. The ticket/events feature is only one of a few, so of course I try to evaluate prior to purchasing all those premium addons. But your refund-policy does not allow me to check if tickera-pro would be a good fit at all. At least I cannot install the plugin-stack I'm currently evaluating on your demo, so it's really impossible to do a test. I'm aware that this review is not so much about the free plugins quality, but this kind of refund policy should be warned about neverless.

I have been using Tickera to put together a number of events and it has been really easy to use and the end product is very clean and works great with our Theme. We had special situations where we had to have 2 types of tickets per event with their own specific serial numbers. The Tickera program and plugins did not support this feature. This was a make or break for us. I expressed my concerns to their support team and they came through with a custom plugin which did exactly what we wanted and needed! This was excellent support from their people. This is what customer support from every company should be like. I would highly recommend Tickera and their support people to everyone. I couldn't be happier!
